  1. Very nicely done GA. Your skills are like fine wine, they get better with age!
  2. :megalol::megalol::megalol::megalol: "I CREATED THE INTERNET!! OBEY ME!!"
  3. So thats the reason I can't activate my copy of GT Legends...
  4. With no disrespect to Kato, LD, and GA, that, sir, was by far the best sim video that I have ever seen. You have an amazing talent and I could not believe my eyes at what I was seeing out of puny little FS9. I can't imagine what you could do with Lock:On. Simply amazing stuff there man...:notworthy:
  5. Just to echo what Tex said, thanks to everyone for the support. We can not wait to show the world our show here in the coming months, and believe me, the minutes, hours, days, weeks, and months of dedicated flying and practicing is paying off. These screen-shots don't even begin to lift the cover off of the "book" we've been "writing" this past winter into spring and now summer. Again, thanks for the support, and we'll see you all at VFAT, if not before!
  6. Left side is my dad "Trigger", in the middle is "Kato", and I am on the right.
  7. Speaking of cool....
  8. Definitely did NOT fix my issue. Shadows still make the jet jagged looking and dark and I can't even look forward out of my jet now... Here is what the outside looks like........This time a Mig-29.........funny the cockpit thing didn't happen on the Mig...
  9. While it may be around 2 months since the accident, this is still a very sore subject for some of us, and I would ask that in respect for his family, friends, and squad mates we steer away from the public guessing and speculations.
  10. With the new 3D modeling that people are using with LockOn, anything is possible. I would check out http://www.lockon-models.com/
  11. Hmm, must be Iranian, seeing how they're the only country operating the "Turkey" anymore...
  12. And a certain C-130 will also be making it's appearance as well....:pilotfly:
  13. Not sure if that MOBO is an SLI or Crossfire board, but I would get one that has it so you can upgrade it in the future. I did with my new box and so when I need 2 8800 GTX's in SLI, (years down the road) I wont need a whole new mobo, which means a whole new system IMHO.
  14. The remark that comes to my mind is, "why fix it if it 'aint' broke"? I liked it last year the way it was, except there weren't any Blue and Gold jets, but that will change this year.
  15. I can tell you now, it does NOT fix the shader issue in LockOn.
  16. I am having an issue where after about a half hour to an hour of MULTIPLAYER game play, my dad's box will simply restart without warning. It is not an overheating issue, due to the fact that we have the side of the case open with a huge fan blowing on everything. Not a power supply issue as we have tested the pin-out voltages and they don't deviate more than .02 volts. He can also fly any other sim or even lockon non multiplayer without an issue! Any ideas? :helpsmilie: Specs for his box: P4 3.2 GHz, 2 GB PC2 5300 Kingston Ram, Nvidia 7300 GS, Coolmax 450W PSU, Dell XPS 400 Mobo Other thing is, the bios isn't a true bios, to where we cant go in to see if the voltages are correct for the ram or FSB Bus.
  17. The NTSB will not be involved with this investigation since it was a military plane. The Department of Navy will handle this. A little side note, the Blues have taken next weekends air show in Georgia off of their schedule, and the show on the weekend of the 4th and 5th of May in Nebraska is being listed as TBD.
  18. The fact is Viper, we have no facts, and we may never know what exactly happened. What I/we do know is that yesterday we lost a great aviator and friend. As I have said to you many times before you posted these comments, that it is very improper to speculate on what has happened right now in such a public space. We do this out of respect of the family, the Navy and Marine Corps, and the Blue Angels. I hope this serves as that sort of reminder.
  19. The Blue Angels have had mishaps in the past, the most recent fatal one coming in 1999. None the less, it is still very unfortunate and our prayers and condolences go out to the Blue Angels family and the deceased pilot's family and friends.
  20. No, its not going to happen. Could you imagine how much China or Russia would pay some terrorist organization in the Middle East to go in and steal one. Ok yes thats a joke, but still, I don't want it to happen. Israel is fine enough with their F-15s and F-16s.
  21. I am still having the shader issue with the 8800 GTX
  22. Very nice job all around to all involved. This is so cool! ( I MEAN HOT! )
  23. I would recommend (not trying to sound like a techie from Dell or someplace else) putting about an inch to an inch and a half of space. Really can make the difference. Also, try if you can to blow some sort of desk fan from the OPPOSITE side of where the heat is coming out of. Believe me, just a little bit of circulation goes a long way!
  24. Simply putting the suction cups under this will not accomplish that. I would stick about a stack of 2/3 sticky pads on the 4 corners so you can get even more air up under the thing. If that does not work, I would recommend unplugging it and :pilotfly::pilotfly:it to the dumpster! (JK!) No honestly if the sticky pads dont do it, then you may have an inner problem. Remember that LOMAC uses a ton of ram, and that is a component on the computer that often isnt cooled enough.
  25. Greetings all, After months of work, our new website is now up and operational! Great to see some of you on hyperlobby a few times and look forward to meeting some of you at VFAT this year! Oh, by the way, here is the new URL: http://www.virtualblueangels.net Thanks a bunch!
