  1. Pascal!!! Is ED using Pascal to develop DCS? I loved TurboPascal.
  2. What does "КОНЧИТЬ" mean? The google's translator is brain****ed at it :D
  3. :megalol:
  4. if ( questionBeyondKnowledge == true ) cout << easyJokes << endln;
  5. I am pretty sure that instructions are the very well known old good ones :P
  6. Just curious. What language is used for the development of DCS? C, C++? If so, are there different executables compiled for different target machines? I mean if it was compiled with -march=native for each target or just a -march=generic, and the optimization used -O, -O2 or -Os. If you have to kill me after telling me, I prefer to stay alive :D P.S.: Sorry about typos in title.
  7. How Dereck Smart would say: "I *own* The Product"
  8. Where you put the eye, you put the bullet :D
  9. ¿New terrain? ¿Fast mover? ¿DCS: SU-27T? ¿Sound engine? ¿New Mission Editor? ¿RTS game? ¿Lollipops?
  10. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=749243#post749243 Hope this helps.
  11. Well, I can positively say now that there is no INU drift (or it is neligible) after more than one hour an half of flight and one INU fixing. Same coordinates before and after.
  12. I would be happy with a new sound engine.
  13. 5 seconds is a bit estrssing, lets say 10 :D And well, I tought that the main reason for the DCS series was reusability and ease of development, along with interoperability. Maybe I am wrong... or not and someone is trying to tangle :P Or maybe we'll have Mi-28 Havok, or F/A18, ore something else :D
  14. But you liked my attempt, did not you? :D
  15. The "UP" will be released before the A10, so it is likely that the work made for DCS:FC is made in parallel with DCS:WH at least. And the former has more work done already in FC. Anyway, it is just my guess.
  16. For me, it is clear that is a DCS: Flammig Cliffs module. All the hard work in FM is done for SU-25 and SU-25T. They are surely extending the system model and the clickable cockpit. Moreover, the work can be reused as foundation for A-10. I hope it is this way, cause I no longer fly SU-25/SU-25T for I feel it "simpler" than KA-50.
  17. Maybe they expected a Grundig Audiorama included in the box for the same price. P.S.: no offense to Germans intended ;)
  18. Well, think of it as if Kamov engineers customized the controls under your petition :D
  19. But what about the differences between editor's and ABRIS' maps? Do not them render INU fix little acurate?
  20. when you push the clutch pedal when turning left while driving.
  21. It has been solved misteriously. Maybe drivers... maybe M$ updates...
  22. IIRC the AH-64 uses a device to point the Hydras downwards, toward the aiming point in the ground so that you have only to aim the aircraft in the yaw axis. Ka-50's Vikhr mountpoints have a similar device, so I do not understand why they are not employed for S-80s.
  23. Do a funnel attack.
  24. GPS or air speed?
  25. Well, in case of suspecting that an airstrike from your CAS could cause civilian victims, the best you can do to avoid a carnage is to send the CAS back to base and deal with the enemy with ground forces. That is what happened the 4th of September when talibans attacked Spanish ground forces at the Sabzak Pass. The Spanish commander sent the two Italian Mangustas back after the talibans went hiding to the village of Marghozar and considering the danger to the civilians (prior to that the helos gave good support), and fought the talibans on the ground. We won 13-0.
