So VHF1 is useless?

I was rammed by my wingman in the runway (good title for a song).

Stay over the objetive, engage autohover, and drop :D Pretty useles, BUT if they are there is because the real KA-50 can carry that ordnance.

Well, once it happenned to me: I am from Spain, so in my Logbook that is my country. I set up a mission as usual, with Red Alliance containig only Russia, and every other country (included Spain) belonging to Blue Alliance. Then I created a flight group and selected the group's country as Russia (Red). Afterward I created a enemy ground group (Blue), and selected Spain for its nacionality. Fired up the mission and killed al the enemy units, as usual :D, and when I exited from the mission I was informed I had commited "Fratricide" and all my combat points were erased... so they were set to zero. So if you are, let us say an USA citizen and your Logbook reflects it, you better do not kill USA units ;), even if you fly as a russian pilot and USA is in the enemy alliance. Maybe I am mistaken, so any input on this subject is welcome.

So, the INS fixing procedure is useless :(

Good morning everybody! I am wondering if it could be possible to conect a X52 (stick+throttle) and a Logitech Wingman FF (that I have around) at the same computer at the same time, and start using the Wingman stick an the Saitek throttle. This way I would take advantage of the better realism that force feedback joysticks give to the trimming and stil have a better throttle that the Wigman provides. Regards :)

Tell that to my boss. When I am thinking about how to do the task (and I work in the IT industry, so thinking IS important) he only knows how to do one thing: to annoy and interrupt me requiring a constant flow of little and unimportant documented "outputs" about the task. He calls them "Milestones", but milestones do not occur several times a week, even a day. He is a real nuisance. Hopefully I will be switching jobs very soon :bye_2:

I am still programming my X52 to my liking, and one thing I have done is that when I press the Trigger, it enables the cannon so that when I press the Second Trigger the cannon fires. When I relase the Second Trigger it stops firing, and when I release the Trigger the cannon is disabled. I have also intention of using all the Three Modes Selector beside Fire A, and the Pinkie Swich in order to make a high performance, combat oriented and ergonomic profile. It is intended for use in conjunction con TracIR, mouse and keyboard, thus easily clickable switchs and buttons or simple command keys that are not essential functions for maneuverability and combat will not be included. And it is not drivers or whatsoever that affects to full screen because the multiplayer UI is still in full screen mode and runs fine. It affects only to windowed mode. What I need is a way to restore configuration to its defaults, I mean the original files, a procedure to restore them, or an utility. I do not wish to reinstall and consume an activation. I am sure there are more people suffering the same problem. I think developers are able to give a solution to a simple thing like this, after all it is a matter of knowledge, which they positively have.

I think it is a nice feature It is something I miss in Flamming Cliffs. I use it a lot whem playing Dangerous Waters. Maybe it will be in Black Shark?

Why armies still use the bayonet? That is one answer. Another comes from FPS: use the right weapon against the enemy. Maybe the cannon is a last resource, but I feel better knowing I can use it if I need it.

Just OpenGL and compile it to play it in my Linux box :D
