  1. Change "attitude" by "heading" and you have it. Mi original post was about Altitude.
  2. Yeah, I almost crashed to the ground yesterday when executing a low profile attack run. Thanks to a handy autopilot invalidation mapped to the C button of my X52 I could avoid ground and continue mission.
  3. And Attitude (Yaw). I said Altitude (height).
  4. The downside of using FD is that you lose Barometric/Radar Altitude Hold if you engaged it.
  5. If you can start the engines
  6. You want it more hardcore? Add wind, my friend.
  7. Is it the Fog of War?
  8. I still fly capped (y estoy hasta los coj.... de la gorra).
  9. 1.5.3 and labels do not work. Don't think I use them, eh :D EDIT: Sorry ED, it was so long since I played DCS that I forgot that labels have to be explicitly activated in game [LShift + F10].
  10. Update about performance: Loading times have shortened significantly, I did not measure them, but my impression is that they have been halved or even more. However I cannot say if that is a merit of the superior speed of a sectioned volume, or eliminating the interference between loading the game and swapping out just cut it.
  11. Thanks King_Hrothgar! So I bet it is safe to say it will occupy no more than 100 GB. Then I think I will set up a volume of 200 GB to be sure there is plenty of room for temporal archives when updating the world. I forgot another question: The modules are also installed under "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\" or they folders hang under "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\"?
  12. Hello everybody, I would like to know the size of DCS World and all its modules for I am setting up sectioned (RAID 0) volumes from a pair of disks to accommodate the games and applications and try to shorten the loading times, so an approximate size of the whole bunch would help me a lot since I will have to create several sectioned volumes (one for DCS, another for Steam, and so on) and they cannot be extended, so it is an one shot decision (well, not really, but I dislike moving gigabytes back and forth). Can the production and the development version of DCS World be installed at the same time? If so I should add it up as well... Thanks in advance!
  13. ¡Hola Achurro! Lo haré como dices, muchas gracias. Un saludo rotórico. P.D.: Yes, it is original, of course!
  14. I do not feel so lucky at this moment :D
  15. I tried http://en.wiki.eagle.ru/wiki/Troubleshooting:starforce:5.x#Asks_for_activation_on_each_launch but to no avail.
  16. And when retried, I put the serial number to activate... and go back to the same screen. Yes, I added one HD and installed VMPlayer. What can I do? P.D.: Vista 64
  17. I would like to see the PVI-800 illumination problem fixed first. And AI too.
  18. I really doubt it, at least in the near future.
  19. Thanks! Feliz Navidad :santa:
  20. Christmas time, I am waiting for our gift. Please please please please...
  21. But indeed I would be happy with a 1.0.3 patch that fixes flight AI & button lights in PVI-800
  22. As an aside note, I have tested the sim in Vista 64 disabling the HT of a i7 920 (so it shows only 4 cores) and the performance dropped noticeably.
