That seems to work (Kinda). I started up DCS, and it showed the startup screen, but went black afterwards. Is this correct? Or is there suppose to be more files?

I didn't have 1.2.16, so I downloaded the 1.5 version from the site. It's installed, but everytime I run the simulator, it shows a blackscreen (No sound) or anything. I waited for 30 mins and still shows a black screen.:mad:

Unfortunately we couldn't fly live due to my internet connection that day. 0.15 Up is horrible to lead a team without them seeing you bounce around everywhere. The track was made during the morning of VFAT as a backup plan. We didn't want to leave a dead spot in the show, so we had to show something. All of us hates that we couldn't fly live.

SFM means "Standard Flight Model". We now fly using the DCS: L-39C Module. Before the L-39 was released, we flew our own custom aircraft which was horrible.

Trying to figure out the same thing. Trying to convert my model from 1.2 to 1.5 and I'm having issues of seeing the model in the mission editor.

Does anyone know if theres a way to put Smoke on the TF-51D? I tried using the P-51D smokemod, and it showed in the loadout, but the smoke in game doesn't work? Any help would be helpful! :D

Thanks for your information, I just tried it and it made my L-39C invisible from the F2 point of view, as well I went through the ground but all I could see was the F1 Cockpit view. I used Notepad++ to edit the file. (Not sure how to convert it back to the original file it already was)

We figured out we can do loops as long as each pilot flying formation remove the (L-39_C.lods) file out, downside is we can't land.

Draken International is a great company. I know every year we have the privilege of going to their hangar and the VIP events they hold. This year at Sun N Fun I was able to help with the crew from Aero Vodochody and discussed some things with them and Draken about the L-39NG. I took a bunch of photos while I was there, but not sure if I can post them without permission. I'll message the CEO, Jared Isaacman and see if it'll be alright to post some photos.

This happened tonight during a practice sortie. We took a rider up and practice some loops in the Hotfix, and it still happens. In this video you can see how the slot pilot gets "Vacuumed" or shot up into leads airplane before going vertical. Sorry for the quality. The rider recorded it on his phone :(
