I have had some time to re-visit my extension design. I have made it much beefier. The only think I need to tackle is the thread starting position. When fully tightened down I have an undesirable offset. Can anyone else chime in that uses a similar design. Looking to start my pit soon. I found a local place to cut my acrylic panels but they need some cad or solid works files. Does anyone have them they could share with me?

I would like the dimensions for all of them as well. Ill see if I can find a way to measure them from the files.
