  1. you don't have to alternate between NAV and BVR all the time. In NAV mode select your desired heading/waypoint and then switch to BVR. Your heading and everything else regarding the navigation is available trough HSI.
  2. 1. by holding the lock button pressed while the target is between lines. 2. this is boresight mode. It gives you slightly more range over vertical scan mode (3). Put the target in cirlcle and hold the lock button until it locks. Oh, and you can move the circle using TDC slew commands.
  3. Downloading update!
  4. Su-27. RLS lock lamps blinks correctly. What exactly is this? Anyone?
  5. "Su-27. RLS lock lamps blinks correctly."... Ok, what is RLS and where in Su-27 are lamps for it located??
  6. almost as rare as photos of humpback whale mating :sly:
  7. Good point, Home Fries! I had a Logitech 3d pro for a long time and used it with FC2. I even had two buttons on the base of the stick set as modifiers. It worked very well and I had POV switch for looking around + trim + target designator slewing.
  8. +1 I miss those features greatly!
  9. Thank you! :)
  10. great idea! Could you pleasd post some more pictures of it or explain how you made it imore details? I've been thinking of doing something like that for some time, as I don't find saitek pro to be much ergonomical and I would realy like pedals with heels on floor, for better accuracy.
  11. Neon, Take a look at this video, it might give you an idea of BVR dynamics between flanker and eagle (and their typical weapons). You can use it as starting point in making your own tactics. The video is from old version of Lock On but it still applies...
  12. While they're at it: Su-27/33 -one module Mig-29A/G/S/K another module. case closed! ...In my dreams... in my dreams :(
  13. Sov13t thanks for this! They almost got me 100% persuaded that that EOS scan should be fixed in vertical position. I don't understand the Russian much but this would mean that it can be slewed in vertical by 5° increments?
