8 was not perfect at the begining, I am MSDN subscriber. Well, i can't speak for everyone... Yup, I've been using it for a while on 8. Got used to metro however, it's better in some aspects imho. Time will tell :music_whistling: It was a joke, I was geting many BSODs when 8 came out. (Yeah I'm looking at you Nvidia). 2 machines with upgrade from 8 to 8.1 is not enough for you I guess. I'm student in Network IT. Check google, I was not the only one with such problem. If you say so... I will further invetigate this issue. maybe they really optimised as they promissed. I think that Windows 9 will be more popular than 8/8.1/8.x. What matters is first impression, and guess what. 8 did it wrong. We will get hybrid start menu in incoming months. i am sure that 9 will be same thing as it was with Vista/7. About upgrades, well unique hardware :lol: Edit. Not sure if placebo but it seems that since last update my Windows is faster at calming down after login. You know, Windows loves to play with HDD.

Just to be clear. In 1.2.8 you are able to test for how long you want one Flaming Cliffs aircraft and one DCS aircraft. I think this is enough to validate if DCS World is worth paying.

About my problems with hibernation and sleep mode. It turned out to be update from 8 to 8.1. After clean install of 8.1 it's working flawlessly, and since I had this problem not only on my PC then it means that upgrade process has major issues.

You can test it on your 680, then load up BIOS from 770 and test again for results.

Please add option Native someday to Audio Language. I would like to have option to have russian betty when flying for Russia and English when flying for NATO countries when this option is check. Right now we can switch it manually before mission which is bad idea.

Regarding compass, it seems that it is implemented quite right. I may be wrong.

New Su-25T pit is nice but external stands out when looking outside. Higher resolution textures would be good temporary fix. Who was so smart and gave tail wheel for Mustang ? It is very demanding. I have crashed like 7/7 times I tried to takeoff and land.:helpsmilie:

I was practicing rushed refueling in A-10A today. I don't think it is taking fuel but... Anyway I was disconnected from tanker because of my lack of throttle and elevator coordination. Then I pressed "Abort Rejoin" command from menu and instead of disabling formation lights and retracting probe it stayed ready. Tanker I mean. Menu reverted to initial command but I was still able to call him out and connect again. PS. Don't laugh at my mad skills, AAR is an art ;) PPS.
