  5. I think you are right, Obviously, it is the tread texture which is animate, not the mesh. Here is the default T-55 tank of the sim, we can see that there is only a siingle object/mesh for tracks. ;)

  8. I can model another tank, but if no ressources are available to animate these treads, I must admit this project is pretty stuck :(
  9. Hi David, Yes, it's a Tiger ;) Don't know when I will release it (I've got some other WWII german units ready). I can't manage to activate the canon and to animate the tracks :helpsmilie: (MG42 is active & ready)
  10. Hi DCS modders, I was wondering if someone knows how to animate the tracks of a tank, I've got the arg list for vehicules, but can't understand how this specific track animation works in Max. Many thanks for your help

Ok, it seems that I have found the "trick" As I observed the default UAZ model : http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2014/11/09/akj68.jpg (with "show connectors" & "show animations") We can see that there are no Dummies Helpers !! So I simply add an animation (spinning) to the mesh of each wheel and kept the dummies for rotations and that seems to work !! If this can help other "modders" ;)

Hi to all, I'm trying also to correctly animate front wheels as Ranger79 tried several time ago, I'm getting the same issue, front wheel rotations & spins are activated in the same time in the sim with the result you can see in the video below : Here is how it is set in Max : If I understand well, I can't make "child" an object to multiple "Dummies Helpers". If someone could helped me, that would be greatfully appreciate, many thanks in advance ;)
