Hi Shein This issue has been around for a while from 2.2.0 and seems to related to deferred shading, Ive had these issues Try Deferred shading off with the standard cockpits, If you want it on try Ricardo's cockpits for the Shark they seem to work quite well, I'm in the middle of checking this issue in v2.5.0 as I write this and have noticed some other issues as well. Hope this helps guys.

Hi All Regarding the Su-25 engines appear swapped, from what Ive have noticed its the animations for the core and not the actual engines, if you start eng 1 left all starts ok and left engine runs and smokes when throttles up but right No2 engine core is rotating left No1 is still stationary, this bug is not new and has been around for quite a while, but i suspect from apparent inaction is a low priority bug. Hi All As temp measure try opening the png files with paint and then save them as a jpeg file. Bit of work but may be worth it.

Hi All. Sorry if someone's already asked for it, anyone else think a flyable version of the English Electric Lightening would be good to see in DCS. Watching vids of them taking off and then going vertical at Mach 1. Flight systems appear relatively simple compared to say an F-15. A genuine MACH 2 capable aircraft with hopefully no Security issues.

Hi All Speaking of wheel chocks I think would be a great addition to have the option of wheel chocks available on all aircraft, as mentioned would allow for full power run ups whilst checking systems etc.

Hi All. I apologize if this has already been reported elsewhere, I noticed whilst flying the Harrier if you attempt to use the LSO Left ALT + F9 I believe view on the LHA Tarawa it immediately causes a CTD, on the other carriers there is no such problem but I have noticed that the view for the LSO is now more like the real thing. Related?? Keep up the good work and happy bug hunting

Hi All Until Chuck completes one of his brilliant guides for the Harrier may i suggest what i managed to do as an interim solution, go to RAZBAMs site and click on the Downloads Tab there you will find a user manual for their Harrier GR7/9, this is for another flight simulator but covers most of the items on the DCS Harrier as the GR7/9 and AV8B are essentially the same aircraft. Hope this helps I am in the middle of checking My Harrier against this manual as I write this. Hopefully this combined with the already published pocket book should keep us going for a while.

Hi All on the matter of the pylons under the viggen, the bluey grey digital camo effect appears to be the latest incarnation of the missing texture. 1st was a yellow colour then a green digi camo effect and now this bluey grey effect, I only sussed his by looking at the viggen in the encyclopedia where you can zoom right into the aircraft and read the tiny words missing texture. What this does show is we now seem to have a skin error, at least it seems to have stopped CTD hopefully

Hi all quick update first sorry for a bit of a rant yesterday issues appear to revolve around firewalls mine appears to have been blocking since it was updated and didnt tell me about changes in DCS as it had in the past, hope this helps others.

Hi all just going through posts regarding latest update and Harrier module not installing issues, I had similar hassle yesterday after trouble free install and testing on Wednesday just a thought check any firewall settings and or disable temporarily to see if it works, this seems to have been at the root of my hassle, I am continuing to check mine to see if it still works, let me know if this helps.

Hi CaptJackG just read your post if your using McAfee Livesafe try this, if your login problems occur when your firewall is set to stealth change it smart access and try again, this is what i did last night after much mucking about, hopefully it will allow you to connect,then reset to stealth mode and try it again, mine managed to connect, I'm still checking it so will let you all know how. My problems seemed to have happened since latest security update, luckily i do my updates manually that's how i eventually sussed it out, but would imagine if set to auto update people may not know about the issue, Hope this bit of info helps people.

Hi All after getting my dcs world working again after today's update, Ive noticed that when on cold start at Batumi with the parking brake on as going through startup routine noticed internal view shaking back and forth, this reduces and stops if the parking brake is released, wasn't doing it before latest update/hotfix. Keep up the good work RAZBAM the Harrier is cool.:)

quick update for everybody whilst in the middle of pulling out whats left of my hair i disabled my antivirus and firewall to test and lo and behold it connected to the server and harrier back in action, this was McAfee and also did a update on it today so now going to look at why it seems to be blocking, once thats done i need to rebuild my user files

Hi All mine worked ok up to yesterday come today after latest update NADA its all FUBAR server errror and Harrier now disabled, so looks like my weekends entertainment is screwed

Hi All mine was working fine yesterday, today updated to latest and no its FUBAR gives some cak about not accessing server and disables harrier any info available????

speaking of the new protection system anybody having server access errors which wipes out the use of the harrier module

Hi just a quick addition also noticed the targeting display is much clearer without deferred shading enabled.

Hi Everybody Just been checking out the latest update to 2.1.1 and like yourselves noticed the problems with autopilot not working as should, ie auto hover etc, Ran 1.5.7 and 2.1.1 side by side to compare differences. After the usual ditch BS2 control folder and rebuild, no change! looked through your posts and noticed Mad Max's comments about deferred shading, thought what the hell lets try turning deferred shading off, lo and behold auto hover and turn to target etc working as should! hope this helps

Hi All Just installed the latest update for v1.5.7 and am in the middle of testing, found on the Gazelle CTD when mouse cursor mode selected Left ALT + C when in interior view, have done the usual file rebuilds would thought let you know.

Hi All I recently followed the advice regarding the latest update for DCS world 1.5.6 regarding deactivation and reactivation of the Mig 21 module, this I did successfully on V1.5.6 unfortunately v2.0.5 now has issues regarding the Mig 21 now even though it had just be sorted prior to this 1.5.6 update. Any advice would be appreciated, I have several saved versions of DCS now following the recent problems.

Hi Again Quick addition just noticed missing texture error displayed on Kneeboard, waypoints mission cards etc appear ok airfields displayed, think its the map backgrounds.
