It was actually fixed in the last update. Before that this configuration didn't work (you could try to set it but when you started the mission you wouldnt have any external tanks).

The View Briefing key (lalt - b) is not working in the mig. This is the mapping that I'm talking about in the A-10C for example: {combos = {{key = 'B', reformers = {'LAlt'}}}, down = iCommandViewBriefing, name = 'View briefing on/off', category = 'General'},

I do also hope that LNS is doing really well because right along with ED they deserve it in my opinion. I'll very probably buy whatever they put out.

I never had low fps in the mig and I use a pretty dated GTX 570.

I'm pretty sure they're still buggy so 'kept' is not exactly accurate. On the other hand I see a third party developer here acknowledging issues and fixing them. Also the mig is really fun to fly as is for me. Some of these issues might be real nuisances but at least in this case I feel like if I fell asleep for 5 years I'm pretty sure I'd wake up to a fixed mig. Thanks Leatherneck for looking into these issues !

Sorry i didn't mean to imply that you didn't know what you were doing. I'm just saying in case someone thick (like me) can't read the altimeter and finds this forum post (like I did). Thanks for doing great work !

Just to add something: I thought the mig was really underperforming but it turns out that the altimeter is very different from american altimeters. The outer scale doesn't apply for the smaller (tens) indicator. That really confused me to think I'm much lower than I actually was. I only noticed that I'm an idiot when I was at '3000 meters' (haha) and doing over mach 1.2 at 600kph. That made me double check the manual. Hope this helps someone.

Well ive made my first landing with it and didnt crash and didnt modify any settings. it just keeps vibrating a bit which is weird and is completely loose otherwise but its flyable. if you disabled vibrations and enabled centering force it would fly like any nonffb ac does.

Yep exactly. Just did that. Youll find it when you go to the key remapping screen and press Alt Shift C. Its named differently than the default 'Clickable Mouse Cockpit Mode'. That's why I didnt initially find it and thought its missing.

Aaaand I confirm that it works :) So in the mig default clickable cockpit key is Alt Shift C instead of Alt C.

Hello, looks like the usual Alt-C shortcut doesn't work in the Mig. I use it all the time. Is it renamed or how do you do it when you want to look around the cockpit using the mouse ?

Right. It's definitely is a problem so I don't know what you're complaining about. Plus I think I'm not alone in suspecting they're not gonna fix it anyway and just relabel the mi-8 as being 'out of beta' even without an english manual.

If I could agree more than just 100%, I would.

I would go even further as to point out that this forum is the only means of customer support for a Belsimtek customer and they don't respond anywhere AFAIK anymore. I, as a customer, am sick of it. I won't buy anything from Belsimtek again unless they start getting their products into shape instead of hurling out below ED quality modules as fast as they can make them. If this is their desired level of quality then fine. But I personally am having no more of it.
