  1. You are right skouras, some (maybe most) newer helicopter even have trimmer for the pedals too. Πες τα ρε αγόρι...
  2. Ok you maybe right, but I had really liked the mod for huey (the 'sticktimelag' parameter) and all I am asking is if this is going to be implemented to Mi-8 as well. I do not examine if it is real or not... (But for your information rudder pedals in real life stay where you place them and do not return to the center as pc pedals do because they have the spring in them). So no in real life you do not have to apply power to pedals all the time, only when you want to change their position. But in pc without trim you have to. That's why trim is helpfull only in pc and does not exist in RL.) That's all
  3. Thats not what i am talking about. Central position trimmer may be good for the rudder pedals but its not so good for thr cyclic. At least my cyclic. The feature i am talking about is something else
  4. when you release the trimmer button and lets say have the rudder off center, the time you release the trimmer button, the ruder takes as neutral position the new one and the amount you have the rudder pressed is then added to the new neutral position and as a result the tail moves even further until you release the rudder. In huey, there is a feature that you can add some time (0-0.5 sec) when you release the trimmer button that the inputs are not taken into concideration so that you can center the rudder pedals without the tail kicking... this is done by modifing the parameter 'sticktimelag' in the FMoptions.lua of the Huey. Problem is that this parameter does not exist in Mi's lua and this can't be done
  5. We will have to wait and see then!
  6. for Trackir you mean? I know nothing about it right now. Won't I make my own? Is there a good one to download? Thanks
  7. Ok here goes another one. You can stay at or above 700 degrees exaust temp and never having problem with the engine... The same as before 1.2.7. Not fixed...:(
  8. Just installed it and tood a ride. I own a G940 and like before 1.2.7 the 'shake' option in FF tune of the cyclic has no effect. Hoped that it would have been implemented... :(
  9. I belive that this is the final (future updates will follow I suppose though) because it is available from the official DCS update utility
  10. So 1.2.7 is out, time to start flying the Huey again! Any tips we should know before we begin? Also waiting my Trackir 5 to arrive. Can't wait!
  11. Any news about the release?
  12. REX 4 Have you seen REX 4 for FSX? It has been released these days If I am correct. Check it out on youtube and you will want it for DCS too!
  13. Do we have any hint on when 1.2.7 will be released?
  14. I had the same issues too!
  15. This is completely wrong. The Swashplate moves exactly as the cyclic. The connection of the push rods with the blade are the ones that are located 90 degrees off to compensate for the gyroscopic procession... It's clearly seen in the attached image the 90 degrees offset of the push rod and the blade axis. Can you imagine from the image if this is a clockwise or counterclockwise head? And why?
  16. One for me bro!
  17. Ok, maybe if we say that it's a 'good' cheat, and that we have to get used to using it because as you say we CAN'T do all 4 persons jobs the same time, so this cheat is going to do the other 3 persons job at every time. But we need it, it's a good cheat and we MUST learn to use it and to depend on it. Better?
  18. Ok, now you put it better so we agree!
  19. Toataly agree... And completely disagree with Flagrum
  20. I have similar specs, why do we have to update our pc for the Edge? I run over 60fps with everything in max.
  21.
  22. Ok, but in UH-1 it works, so I hope that it will in this helli too in the future (patch)
  23. I just tried to delete the input config files so that the game create them from scratch, but the problem remains...
  24. What do you mean if I have the yaw channel on?
