  1. Have you tried ff2 with huye? Is it that good and where you leave it really stays?
  2. Hi there, I am asking the fellows that use force feedback sticks for their opinion of how happy are they with them. Has anyone used more than one so that he can compare and tell which is better? I use G940 but I am not quite happy because it has a dead motor zone near the center of the stick (or the 'set' center with trimmer), which if you take your hand off makes the heli move due to this 1cm (aproximately) dead motor zone that the stick moves due to gravity till the motor kick and stopp it... Are there other sticks that do not move at all and virtually stay where you trim them? Have read that the MS FF 2 was a legend. Does anyone use it? Thanks a lot
  3. I am not refering to the edge engine... I am talking about the implementation of the torque induced temperature to the engine's heli... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=119905&highlight=ASAP
  4. Now we have the 1.2.8 and all these huge upgrades that came with that, when shall we expect the major realism upgrade of the engine temp implementetation? I will not analyse once again the importance of it... Thanks
  5. This and the protective nets coming down, so that we can land properly...
  6. Any official info of what is this?
  7. Yes but you already have the option to set as takeoff point (in the mission editor) a ships helipad, for helicopters I mean. So they have programed it to land and take off from there
  8. I know that this was reported in previous versions, but I had hopped that it would have been fixed. When you are on the helipad of a ship (even with your engine off) and the ship is moving, the heli drifts forward and will eventually will crash in the superstracture...

  10. ok! Just thinking loud! Don't shoot! LOL!
  11. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing module and I beleive that I will have many that will approve my idea that at a volunteer basis if someone wants to be able to donate to the programmers some money as an apreciation for their continuous patching and improving the module we love and as a mottive to keep up their good work! What would you rhink?
  12. Nice Video indeed, but I noticed that during hover to deliver the cargo, your engine temps where in the 'engine fire' side... That's why I have posted many months now that engine temp should be realistic implemented... we will be surprised when it does as to what we all where doing wrong until then... You could have taken less fuel or less cargo, agreed, but with engine temp not implemented you haven't got into the thought of 'oh, I won't have all the torque I need to do my job, so I much plan accordingly', as none of us would have done, or 'oh I am at the limits of torque, where are those graphs to calculate and see, will I have enought torque to do my job?', cause we now have all the torque we want... Nice video again and nice skills!
  13. Ok thanks for the update! Keep up the good work!
  14. is there any progress on that? I mean now that we are preparing for the 1.2.8?
  15. Why I have quite the opposite results? Many times they fire when very near to enemy troops, sometimes I have many many holes on me before they start firing
  16. IT's desencronized when you are cold starting. When hot starting they are set up. You have to turn the knob till the two icons are exctaly visible the same portion. In the middle let's say. That 's how in RL works too
  17. That would be the best thing has happened in pc sims in years. I bet that everyone would buy one. Cant understand why anyone hasnt thought it by now
  18. Wouldn't be nice that BST, or Eagle Dynamics or someone else from the DEV's to develop a joystick too?
  19. Something irrelevant, but I will ask. I saw the upcoming saitek x-55 hotas. Is there any possibility that someone out there thinks to build a new Force Feedback joystick in the future? Heli sims need FF stick. We have many hotas and don't know what else, but not a serious ff stick. Logitech G940 was the last...
  20. Well I would hope that they are working on something big!
  21. Oh I am sorry to hear that, have not tried it yet. If you have the kindness post it here when you fix it. Thanks
  22. :cry:So this is my whish! They are there, make them move!
  23. Yes but can they be operated?
  24. The ships safety nets to be able to lower so that we can land with the helicopters. We can now but it's not correct
  25. Ok, i just went to my base's hangar where we have AB 212 ASW (like UH-1N) and it really is like in the game. It does not move up and down. There is a sleeve between the swashplate and the mast that moves up and down. So we are ok!
