  2. I have a problem with bort number on the helicopter fuselage. Some numbers I have found in the zip files of some of the skins, but doesn't appear in the new desert skin which I adapt for BS2. Not succeeding, even though I changed a description this line: {"KA-50_BORT_NUMBERs", 0, "empty.tga", true}, instead of "empty.tga" I have tried to insert "KA-50_numbers_candesfor.tga"; or "ka-50_numbers8.tga"; or "ka-50_numbers18.tga" I have not found a way the numbers are show.   3. First of all thanks for your help, a second I know that. I never thought that I take credit for his work, I mentioned it in the first post. *** The BS2 Russian spec. OPS skin is finished, uploaded (this morning) to the ED site and probably waiting for administrator approval. In the meantime you can download it from Lockonfiles site. Canadian desert skin is in preparation, because the Nevada terrain comes, right :-)
  4. Oh how I am forgetful, and I worked a skin for A-10c Varthog! I totally forgot that I need to edit Config file. Now everything is fine and I will prepare the skin for the uplaod, if you agree. Crazydick, who is the creator of the skin, allowed me use of its files and even offered other Photoshop files for his Black Shark skins, if anyone is interested to adapt for BS2.
  5. I really like Russian spec. OPS skin, but nowhere I couldn't find that skin for the BS2. That's why I tried to adapt BS1 skin, so that it could be properly displayed in BS2. The only way was to, after conversion appropriate files, put them in some of the existing packs (e.g. Ka-50_NewYear.zip) and in the Liveries/new year folder, I put relevant description. In this way it is possible to display the new skin but, also replace some of the existing ones. Is it possible to install a new skin without replacing the existing, and how? Once again I emphasize that I am not the creator of this skin, but if original maker (I think that was his nickname Crazydick) or ED allow me I will be happy to set it in the download section.
  6. I completely forgot about PAGE Select Dial, probably I thought that no changes due to these allegations from (p. 173) manual: "Except for the OTHER selection, all other selection are “read only” / informational." A big thank you Ghanja, for your effort and track of course.
  7. I have a question, that I have not found answer in the manual or this forum: When I make a flight plan from the cockpit, is there a possibility, or how to enter the desired altitude for a WP into CDU? Thanks in advance.
  8. It seems to me that I was happy too soon. It isn't good. Now, the opening/closing canopy sound constantly repeated, and I can't find where is defined loop. Do you have some suggestions?

  11. I wanted to use sound sample for open/close canopy, but when I copied the sample in the Effects folder and run the simulation I did not hear anything. No canopy motor sound when raising or lowering the canopy. For most of the sounds I used Diveplanes Audio Mod For LOFC 2.0 (ogg format), and most of them I hear, (unless flaps, but I hear folding wings on Su-33 eg.?! ) In attachment is my error.log and cockpit sample file. :helpsmilie: Error.rar Cockpit.rar
  12. I apologize if you misunderstood me, my English is not the best, but I don't know the right expression to describe that whistler sound. Thanks 159th Viper too. In this recording seems to have some noise and interference from other devices, and radio stations, but only a real A-10C pilot could get the right judgment. From that mighty whistling and squealing has to be a headache. ;-)
  13. Thank you, mvsgas, but I still want to hear sidewinder growl. Yet as I said SidewinderHigh.wav and SidewinderHighOut.wav sound sample, to me is too sharp. Somewhere will look for another one...
  14. Have you changed something in the sound of AIM-9 missile in DCS: A-10C v1.1.1.1? When IR head lock target, sound is too high and pierces my ears. As if it comes to microphonics. I checked the SidewinderHigh.wav, and SidewinderHighOut.wav sound and put them through another player - the same screaming. Quite unbearable. Is there somewhere a less annoying sample?

  16. I know that, I read. In addition I have an upgraded version of the BS2 and some files are missing or are in the BS folder. Yet the data differ in these files (ARK.lua, Beacons.lua, Airdromes.lua), and I'm not sure which is the correct way of transferring data (and which data) to a file ark.lua? I do not believe that this so simple, For example a. Batumi channel 3: [3] = runway_homer_pair(Airdrome[batumi] ,nil,localizedAirdromeName(terrainAirdromes[batumi])), Is this correct?

  23. Well, here and I took tried to make a skin for the A-10c. This is my first skin for Warthog, but that impression wasn't complete without snake nose art. Does anyone can tell me where to find it. I think I saw in a some French forum, but now I can't find it. This is the final verzion:
