You cannot use SLi with 3 Monitors. - You can use SoftTH or the hardware from Matrox (TH2G). - If you run XP you can use the "span" mode to get "one" big display over all three. - You can run BS in Window mode and strech em over all three displays The easiest (and most expensive) solution is TH2G. SoftTH should work fine with some CFG tuning and testing. The span mode from XP works fine but due to the new graphic subsystem this is no longer possible in Vista. DirectX 10 brings native multimonitor support but DCS is Dx9... A downgrade to XP is no option for me. The window mode works fine and without problems but you will get massive performance problems! I lost about 60% of my FPS! :-( kaos.dll

The engine is a CPU eating monster... If you're looking for a good and cheap CPU for DCS have an eye on the Core2Duo E7200. The best of this CPU is that it uses a high multiplicator of 9.5 like the E8500. The regular FSB is 222 MHz = 2109 MHz It works stable with 333 MHz like the E8500 = 3163 MHz Now you can power up the FSB to 350, 360, 380 MHz - some guys uses this CPU with 4 GHz stable... I use it with FSB 333 like the E8500 and this for only 110 Euro. The E8500 costs over 200. (only main difference is that the E7200 uses 3 MB cache - the E8500 6 Megs) Go and get a fast CPU and DCS will run fine (as fine as possible ;))

I deactivated BS three times and lost the paper with the two deactivation codes so I've got only one left :-( I hope the western version will be released soon ^^

I try to bench my old and my upcoming system later this day. Old one would be an good old Athlon X2 4800+ with 2GB RAM (XP and Vista x86) and new one will be a Core2Duo E7200 with 4GB RAM (Vista x64). I will overclock the CPU up to 3.4 or more GHz. (if everything works ;)) How do you got those bars? Excel ? How to configure FRAPS ?

Should be working with CTRL + SHIFT but I did it in that way: doubleclick protect.exe + http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ ;-) I lost one deactivation and won one activation. GoGoGo ... (I hope the western version uses CD check like FlamingCliffs) Thanks for your help.

I fully agree to you! X52pro and the rudder paddels are great for BS... A X52pro-Heli Edition would be great with FFB but I think this would be a dream forever... Please send me an PN after the extention is availible :-)

X52pro is quite a great Stick and works perfectly... You can lock the build in rudder. You cannot configure the LED with the game. The MFD is not very useful until somebody will create a script to use it with DCS... If you have other questions about the HOTAS feel free to write me a PM (in german if you want ;))

I like my TIR4 :-) How do you play when you use a headtracker and a HOTAS ... Do you use keycommands ? Do you use your mouse with the left hand ? Do you use a mouse-stick on the HOTAS (for example the X52) ?

Hi, I was asking myself how many copies of DCS ED already sold online. Do you have any sales figures? And how many copies of Flaming Cliffs was sold by ED ? I just want to know how big the community is.... And I like statistics ;-)
