  1. Having an issue with the latest release, the SU-30MKI and SU-30MKI AG doesn't configure properly on a AI Ramp Start. Canopy remains extended up and canards are in a drooped state. Is this a know bug ?

  3. Not sure if this has already been advised, but tried the latest and it removed the model for the SA-5 launcher. Roll it back to the previous version and the model was reinstated. Just a heads up if it hasn't been corrected already.

  5. Anyone having any issues with the mod and the 2.7 patch. The mod causes crashes to desktop just trying to load the game.

  7. Good morning admiral189, Quick question for you. Been using your Oak Hill and curious if there is something that needs to be changed in the Lau file that is causing the sea ramp at the back to remain deployed when in game, but If you look at the model in the mission editor, shows the door closed. Also, are you thinking of doing other ships skins for that particular model?
  8. Trying to create a new mod of a J-15B based off the Su-33 already in game, and running into a problem getting it to install in DCS. Have been going over the Install tutorial on this thread and it is tailored towards a new model and not to copy an existing. Have tried installing the mod, and DCS doesn't acknowledge it. Have tried renaming the model files to indicate the new model as well as the renaming of the lau files entries to specify the new mod. Are you able to utilize an existing model or had ED copyright protected it?

  12. SA-2 Issue Hey Grimes, Love the work, makes the game that much better. Ran into a small issue with the addition of the Rapier and SA-2. Have tested this numerous time to confirm the suspicion, but when the SA-2 goes to search after a dark phase, the track radar won't engage targets that are within range. If you don't enable to script for that unit, all works as intended. Any way one can verify this isn't a isolated incident ?
  13. Hoping someone will be able to hep me out with this Lau Script. Objective is to have a script constantly see what a current fuel level of a aircraft unit is, and when it dips below a set level, it set a task to air to air refuel if a tanker is on the grid. just starting to try and Lau code AI behavior, but have gone though the Mist read me and I don't see anything that will pull the aircraft data.
  14. Top of the morning to you all, this questions is to the Dev's. Have repeatedly tried utilizing Transport aircraft (C-130 and C-17) in a resupply configuration to multiply airfields in all theaters. Currently, they all land at the airfield and get about halfway down the runway before de-spawning and disappearing. I notice a lot of the smaller airfields have the ability for an aircraft to turn around at its ends with defined taxi areas. Could the taxi locations for the Transports not utilize those locations for refuel,rearm sequences as well as for unloading and loading troops or materials?

  19. Helicopters spawning beside ship instead of on deck When I heard that the Tarawa model was being updated, was hoping that this was corrected. Unfortunately no, but will keep the fingers crossed and hope for something in the Future. Great job on the ship by the way.

  21. Hello dev's Curious is there is the intention of creating a module for the A-6 Intruder as well as adding the A-6 Prowler to the line up of AI aircraft. Feel they are both a major aspect of the carrier compliment aircraft given the length of time they had been in active service.

Hey everyone, But trying to get the French Carrier working in game with the current model, and have managed to get DCS to see it as a carrier now instead of a Cruiser, so you can now launch and recover aircraft. Only issue is the French carrier only has 2 catapult locations, and with the current lau entries (which I don't know where they are located in the lau file) it uses the default location of the Vinson and US Carriers. Would like to alter these spawn points to just be the required two and relocate to proper placement and angle. Anyone happen to know where they are located and if it is a X-Y-Z Profile.
  24. Hey Grimes, Trying to get the below script to work, but might be having an issue with understanding how the game engine interprets it. The following script will add all groups with the phrase 'sam' into the mission. iads.addAllByPrefix('sam') The following code adds three sams to multiple networks iads.add('ewr', {link = {'main'}}) iads.addAllByPrefix('nSams', {link = {'main', 'northD'}}) iads.addAllByPrefix('sSams', {link = {'main', 'southD'}}) Now what I am trying to do is have all the EWR in their own group so they can track and correlate incoming threats as they cross the border. Now Currently have 2 groups in the template, 1 as a EWR and then the supporting sam units. Now is there anything you could see in the script that would inhibit it working properly?
