  1. I can do this.
  2. They seem pretty much the standard pattern with some individual variation, as all planes. Black chevron: Black 8:
  3. Look up K-4's of JG 77
  4. No, last three digits of the werknummer painted at some point of assembly. Probably for quick ID when being transported around.
  5.
  6. Excellent, I can assume ACG server doesn't complain about this? Also, it is possible to have every 3rd round a tracer, like the .lua file suggests? E: I'm not sure if these are all used, maybe the ingame loadout is MGsch/HEI?
  7. 99% They match both the 163 and 262 guncam positions, seem very low velocity and have the firepower. Any alternative suggestions are welcome, of course.
  8. Tracers were most definitely used with the Me 262 and 163, I can't see why the 109 would be excluded from using them. Mk 108 shells: http://robdebie.home.xs4all.nl/me163/weapons15.htm
  9. Good pics, thanks!
  10. Wreck discovered and colour filmed by Allied troops, possibly from JG 52. Released! Includes: - Versions with and without swastika - Completely remade normal and specular maps - Remade weathering - Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance, though higher filesize in return) Installation: #1 Unzip folder to DCSWorld/Bazar/Liveries/Bf-109K-4 #2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to main folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!) #3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/7nafy2wfbawjb14/White8k4.zip Generic version without any personal markings: http://www.mediafire.com/download/9amnbi89jb8jk8h/jg52.zip Gorgeous video below:
  11. Thanks for all comments.
  12. Thanks. Just PM me.
  13. Out!
  14. Personally, I value pictures above anything else. IMO tail 75/82 or 70
  15. DXT1 RGB shouldn't result in major changes in the texture, other than slight compression artifacts.
  16. Btw, you can delete all alpha channels with the 109 K-4 files, texture, normal or spec. This has no effect on the textures, but will allow smaller filesizes and will stop PS from complaining about losing them. E: Not with the cross (swastika) or bort_number files, though, as the alpha channel is a specific requirement to make them work properly.
  17. DXT1 RGB works well for all files meant to be compressed, whether it's the texture file, normal or spec map. 8.8.8 24-bit RGB for any uncompressed files. Also important; do you use any HDR or similar graphics mod? Disable all of these for a more accurate representation.
  18. Some poor, inexperienced ground crew member is going to fill the pilot's oxygen tank with MW50. :D

    Bf 109 K-4 template

Thanks. Btw, anything you might miss can of course be brought over from to official template, just "airframe" changes or some new features will be updated when necessary.
  20. I understand that, and can respect most wishes like these people might have, which is why I listed what I will do from personal passion and even obsession, so I don't have to look like a complete a-hole when someone lists something here and I instantly start working on it.

    Bf 109 K-4 template

New version with implementations and important fixes.
  22. Calling dibs on stuff like this is bulls**t, and my list should not be regarded as such. Instead, I am listing everything I will be doing regardless of the times they've been done or if they've been "reserved" by someone, so go ahead and work on these if you want to. In no particular order: - Current "White 16" - Wr. 334158 "White 7" - Crashed "White 8" from coloured video - Winter camo - Desert camo - Finnish MT-213 camo
