А немного подробностей? New View есть? Зум кнопками или осью не пашет?Вращение камеры как работает, без проблем? Какой вид (Ф1, Ф2, Ф11)?

"Х.З. товарищч майор" :) такой баг был, но мы его отловили и убили. Но он был либо всегда либо его не было вообще. При перепроверках не выявлялся. ХОТЯ Один раз было замечено, что на запаздывание управления ОЧЕНЬ влиял Anti-aliasing. Попробуй выключить.

Скорее всего дело в том, что вместе с каким-нибудь Codec Pack ты установил некий кодек, защита которого роняет программу, пытающуюся работать с ним. Для решения проблемы нужно снести такой кодек. Попробуй снести все кодеки, а потом добавляй по одному ТОЛЬКО необходимые тебе.

Выключи New View. К примеру переименуй его папку.
