I installed DCS 1.5 again since a time. I wanted to install only two Modules. The Mirage and the Black Shark 2. Mirage works, but on startup it keeps me asking for the Key for Black Shark 2. I enter the Key (yes, it is the right key) and I get the message that it is activated now, but when I click next it says there is something wrong with "PC parameter". I installed a new CPU a few weeks ago, I think this is the reason. But why is it still asking after entering the key? This is annoying. Thanks

Ah, its quite a while since last flying... so you mean there is only a sound when it has a lock on enemy, and no sound for "idle" without lock? Thank you very much

Hey pilots! I wanted to train with the magic, but when I select it on weapon panel, master arm on I cant hear the search or lock sound of the magic... I think I had the volume knob for missile turned loud (i use english panel mod) Thanks

I thought it would be easyier to find datas for fuel planning on the shark, or I oversee something big in front of my nose :-P What is the fuel burn rate in lets say cruise flight, for example? How do you mission planning with time over target and so on? Anyone with charts or a link? Thanks!

Hey pilots! Mostly when I fly DCS, I fly the more modern birds. But a long time ago I bought the mustang, it is easy to learn but hard to master was my first impression. I dont touched it that often. Now my question, maybe a bit strange for one or another, but do you think it pays off when I want to begin now train more for the mustang and co? What is your opinion about the following points: 1 - New Maps for WWII, like normandy... 2 - New Airplanes 3 - Online activity, do you think WWII is just a small part or are there enough people in the future for filling some servers? 4 - Ground units, realistic ground units/FLAK and so on Thank you very much!

Could be that the "teleporting" targets where jamming results. But the thing that it is hard to engage a lock when tdc is over the symbol has nothing to do with jamming I think. Is there a way to ask developers about this?

Hey! I know there is a bug at the moment where the Mirage loses lock in certain circumstances. But I have a problem which appears since day one with engaging a lock. 1 - When I see a target on screen I slew my tdc over the target and have to push my lock target Button a lot of times before it locks. It feels hard to get the sweetspot on locking up. 2 - Another thing is, sometimes the targets are generally not lockable and seem to teleport in distance... 40 to 80 miles Is this common? Anyone else experience this? Than you!

In the KA-50, what does "use Radio 1" mean?

Okay guys, I just tried it... and it seems to work :thumbup: I have now a 2nd RAM unit with 8GB and it works like a charme, I was online. :)

Maybe I got things a bit wrong, it could be that 8GB is the max for ONE ram unit... but I cant find out if it has dual channel architecture. Maybe I just trie it, because RAM is affordable at this time (not so expensive as a new pc ^^... my next rig will base on intel :smartass:)

Hmm thats weird, I have checked with an programm named "Sandra". It shows just one bank, alltough I have two on my MB. And the paper handbook says up to 8GB... could it be that they have made a change via software update or so? :huh:

Sounds goog, looked at my motherboard, it has two slots and I have 8GB in first slot... but I think my Motherboard does not support 16GB :doh: It is a GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2P

No success so far... I think there is no other way than upgrading :dunno:
