I'm going to try again. No time right now, but the Piotrs missiles are crazy. I've been whacked by them at crazy ranges. The last time I didn't get any warning even though my rwr(M2k) had worked earlier. Tacview showed me as 65nm away when I had to dodge 2 of them. Can't use my usual starting at 40k tactic anymore. :(

After updating I tried a RB15 attack on some ships in MP. Both missiles fired leveled off then disappeared shortly afterward. Not sure what happened to them. I fired them singly with the standard settings. Didn't have time to test further or try offline.

Yes. I've blacked out and crashed a couple of times where I thought I wasn't pulling/pushing to ohard, but I didn't have an eye on the g-meter at the time. I guess I should have stayed in game log enough to get a tacview on it. Server ha a 10 min delay.

Rearm went well. Assume it was friendly. It was in Open Conflict. Had the canopy open, but didn't pay any fees. They hadn't brought me my coffee, ice and papers yet.

Has anyone else had a problem with getting repaired after a flight? I landed and somehow blew the nosewheel tires.(nosewheel was sunk into the ground , sparks off the wheels while taxiing.. Didn't think the landing was that bad. Oh well, tried a repair. Nothing. Crewchief said copy then no countdown. Nothing happened.

I can't seem to get a mission success. I kill the 2 bunkers with RB05 fly back and land, nothing! What I am doing wrong. The Ai is worthless(ED problem?).

What loss rate to Migs? By far the most losses of the Thud were to AAA followed by sams. There were more Thuds lost just to operational accidents than to Migs. The information I can find shows 22 F 105s shot down while being bounced loaded with bombs to 27.5 Migs shot down. Pretty much same ratio for any airframe at that time. It had most of it's kills with guns. The Vietnam era B17 was the B52 but it didn't go North until Dec 72. Up to 68 the 105 was doing that work. It wasn't the a2a machine, but it did a hell of a job and had teeth too.

Really would like to see a 105 in here, but agree the 100 would possibly be more popular with the community. A F100 would be nice to see in game. Definately would buy it. All the century series have been an interest of mine. Waiting to see how well the RIO/WSO/Bear is implemented before deciding on a 2 seater. Guess this thread should be somewhere else then the Heatblur F14 forum.

Yes 105Ds had rwr. Starting around Nov 1966. About the same time the started to get jamming pods.

Anyone using SRS in the viggen? A friend tells me I need to install and use it. Another is telling it doesn't work in the viggen. Don't want to install if it's not working. Anybody know?

I wonder if it would be a problem to use different skins on red and blue aircraft. I don't have all the modules, but I think most come with more than one skin. Since getting the viggen I've had a problem of identifying enemy aircraft. With this plane I only engage WVR so it would be a big help. I actually prefer the bare metal skin for the viggen, but would rather have different skins between the sides then the one I prefer. Would this be a problem for the server? Does everyone else have a skin preference? Love the server btw! Greta job. Many hours of enjoyment.

Just flew in mp. Both RB4 and 15s no rearm. They're load just won't fire.

Ok. Got it. Airbrakes are correct. Even ones with holes in them. More pics of blondes would be nice.
