  1. Absolutely. Who wouldn't want such a behemoth of a single seater? The thing just oozes power.
  2. Why would you want that? The centre switch position should hold the speedbrake in place... That's how it's designed to be used. For example, while on finals you can set 50% speedbrake and hold it there.
  3. Thanks Furia. The detail in this aircraft really is incredible. Good to see that small bugs are still being caught and dealt with.
  4. Keep it between Mach 0.7 and 0.8 and it should climb pretty well.
  5. I just hope we see Nevada by the end of 2014. Georgia is nice but I've just about had enough of it!
  6. Yeah, the AI isn't too smart in a dogfight. I ran the MiG-21 out of fuel and he ejected. He'll constantly try and get his nose on you without gaining any separation first. I think with a humam opponent the result might have been different. The Sabre could still hold its own in a turning fight though, just not even close in the vertical.
  7. Is the Sabre really this awkward to taxi in real life though? Seems kind of counter intuitive. I hope the ground handling is still WIP.
  8. The nosewheel steering on the F-86F seems a lot less responsive than on the A-10. The delay between your feet pressing rudder pedals and the aircraft actually moving is so great that it is extremely difficult to taxi without constantly over and under correcting.
  9. I think it's a bug. The sounds are definitely not played in the 1.2.9 build.
  10. The EDGE tutorial videos seem to have much better sound for the Sabre. I think we'll see a big improvement then. Edit: It seems the sound files are already included in the game data, just not played. I think a hotfix is in order.
  11. If you look closely, you'll see the aircraft in that image is actually in a 70 degree nose down condition instead of climbing as in your example. Therefore the scale in the sim is actually correct (numbers decreasing from the top in a dive and decreasing from the bottom in a climb). It's difficult to see in that image but I have a higher resolution version from the same flight manual and can assure you it is correct.
