You can install both, but only use one at the same time ;) Betas are updated more frequently but may contain bugs...

Hey Dave, Andre is not the developer of SSA... The current SSA beta version adds support for the Minigun... A new stable version should be out really soon..

Please keep in mind, that I have nothing to do with the SimShaker Wings project. Thus you should contact Andre... The test version is for the SoundModule... In the current beta version the SoundModule is excluded (separate install) to emphasize the separation of the projects....

SimShaker for Aviators, developed by me, is freeware and supports DCS, Xplane, FSX and P3d. SimShaker for Wings, developed by Andre, is payware and supports BMS and others...

I just tested SSA with the freeware Bell 429 and it works as expected... PS: Thesis submitted :-)

I'll try to add support for the j11a and the new Gazelle between the proofreading sessions. Should be fairly easy... Thanks to the few how donated I can buy the F18 almost from that money! Thx! Update: Just bought the F/A 18 and Gulf map... Should give me a motivation boost :-D The new SSA Beta 1.0.2.9 supports the J-11A and Gazelle with the minigun. Please report any bugs...

For a test, you could remove the export.lua from your profile. Might be better to make a backup first...

Hey guys, the SoundModule is maintained/developed by Andre. We plan to release a new (separate) SSA and SoundModule version soon. However, I'm currently extremely busy with finishing my PhD thesis. So I have to delay most work until I submitted my thesis... You could test the current beta version and check if the stuttering is also there...

+1 We are doing such meetings in Germany on a regular basis. Usually it involves beer and a lot of discussion around DCS and aviation in general...

We only have vibrations thus we can only mimic some effects... Currently only acceleration around roll and pitch is modelled with the G-Feeling which feels imo (an other real pilots) strange since it hides high AoA effects etc. Playing around with the strengths is important to match each personal style and setup. Im using a seat and a buttkicker for example.

Hmm, when the AB is engaged the jet engine rumble stops and the afterburner rumble takes over. Thus you might need to adjust the AB effect strength?

Hey Buckeye, thx for your feedback... I never had an issue with SSA and I'm running it together with my Rift. However, when SSA detects a running DCS instance it starts waiting for incomming messages. This waiting may produce some load on the CPU. But once you hopped in a supported plane the load should reduce... Maybe multiple instances of SSA are running? How do you start SSA? Since SSA is multi threaded it's normal to see more multiple SSA threads attached to the main process... Cheers Olaf
