  1. I've seen this video, but I haven't noticed the sparks (?) in the fan face lol
  2. Yes, I have experienced this, no idea what might be causing it to slew that fast. Not even sure if that's a bug or not. probably is. It's supposed to be much slower, however. (It's been 6 months since I touched DCS though :D)
  3. Thanks, mvsgas, I was just curious to know if you had pictures since you worked on those. Will take a look at f-16.net and see if I can find more.
  4. I was talking to TEG a few days ago about the F-16's augmentor fuel injection system. While GE uses a spray bar arrangement, PW uses spray manifold/ring. Do you have any picture of that mvsgas? Also I find interested how GE's engine works with a higher mass/airflow compared to the PW-220/229 :)
  5. Thanks Matt! Nice loadout btw. ;)
  6. A sound that you y'll know very well! :) (click on the link) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9By6bPn3DM&feature=youtu.be&t=80
  7. Two awesome videos featuring moving map and the NAVFLIR.
  8. We had many threads about this already, and it goes in the way same all the time. I think unless someone proves the TF34 is underpowered, ED won't change anything (even though Yo-Yo last year said TF34 in DCS had issues IIRC). And I honestly don't know, Yo-Yo explained many times why the TF34 does not reach higher ITT values. I'd be sad if it's true though :( Also, we don't really have many tools or ways to measure the force (i.e thrust) produced but the TF34s in DCS, so measuring that would be quite difficult.
  9. The engines from A-10A to A-10C Suite 8 are all the same. It's the TF34-GE-100/91 and GE-100A. They are basically the same, in fact, all performance charts of the TF34-GE-100 can/are used for the GE-100A.
  10. Some 4K screenshots.
  11. Looking good. Can't wait to build/play missions around those islands though! that's great.
  12. There is already one... but for the old model. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3202569#post3202569
  13. Thanks Matt!
  14. DCS World and Real life
  15. I can feel it already... :D
  16. Once the Hornet is released, get ready to see the forum and DCS website FULL of skins for it! :D
  17. Head down display. Basically a HUD repeater.
  18. Yes, correct. Without the generator, it's just a gas turbine starter (Like the Viggen's GTS) used to start the main engine. If the GTS is driving the generator, it will be an APU, and it will no longer start the main engine.
