I've just bought a whole new PC and G2 I've read a lot of posts about optimal setups etc but I'm more confused now than before I started. Can someone direct me to a clear-cut guide on what to do for a fresh install? Am I installing SteamVR? OpenXR Toolkit? This topic rapidly changes and most youtube tutorials are outdated very quickly!

I have just discovered this issue too after receiving a Cougar TQS. is there maybe a way to dampen it down in HOTAS Cougar Control Panel?

I have this without a curve. TDC jumps 10-20mm each time in the HUD. I cannot use it to designate without luck being involved.

Comm menu does not work for me in Instant Action missions. Aerial refueling in VR is very difficult having to press SHIFT \ every time I need to go Pre Contact. I would call this a bug.

I tried to makes Skatezilla's do that but didn't seem to be able to. Hoping someone comes along here and explains it!

Ahh thanks! Yes I pulled the base apart first and didn't find anything unusual apart from a cut fourth wire that didn't seem to belong anywhere. Maybe I'll take another look when I can find the motivation to undo all those screws again!

Thank you for this thread. It has been invaluable in trying to understand what I am pulling apart for my right toe brake failure issue. Unfortunately for me a clean of the pot has not solved the issue. Where to from here? Try to source a pot locally or would China be my only option? I've ordered some Crosswinds anyway as frankly I'm disgusted at Sailtek for leaving us with no options here.

Auto start cheat feature is not working for me in MP servers. Only tried two (AEF) but same in 1.5 and 2.0. Feature works fine in SP. Is this expected? EDIT: Problem solved. Seems Win Key doesn't work in VR. Remapped to single key press and it works fine.

What different methods did you all use to get the cover off the toe brake?

I have the right toe brake out too. I pulled apart the base and found this same cut wire. I don't think it's related but if someone that's familiar with the internals could confirm or deny that would be great! I've tried getting the pedal cover off but I'll need some better tools than a flat head screw driver!

Zoom View mapped to TM Warthog Slider not functioning for me in 1.5. Anyone else experiencing this?

Did anyone ever get a resolution to this problem without returning the stick? I've just brought one and I am having this same issue. On average my X Axis in the device analyser only goes down to 2-3000 with occasional errors on the other Axes as well.

Have a read of the whole thread, pay close attention to these last few posts. Should be able to figure it out from there depending on your skill level of course.

Is there an updated answer to this? Seems the files have changed since beta.

You know what! Right after I posted that I found that page! Yep, all working great after that instruction guide. It's not perfect but it'll do me until I learn some more and save for a TM Warthog. Thanks!
