If I have two videocards with an SLI bridge, but SLI is off and I plug the first monitor into the first card and the second monitor into the second card, will the second monitor use the vram of the second card. Is there any advatage to using two cards for two monitors.

Agreed about TIR. Also the bezels bother me greatly in multi monitor setups. Never got used to that. Projector is better for big views IMHO.

I don't know what to say dude. I am not a fanboy and I suck at racing, but I never had a crash with 2010. Bug issues yes, but never a crash and it ran great on my rig which is behind yours. I find 2010/11 runs better than CoD and FSX as far as fps is concerned. About even with a-10, everything on highest and 2650 x 1600 res. Don't force any graphics options only use GUI options. 2011 I did have two crashes only but it also runs smoothly. And yes Codemasters did not support 2010 very well.

BMS is free dude. Just get Falcon 4.0. Its awesome and getting better!!! Oh and it has the best DC in sims.:thumbup:

Watch for the fake powered ones. It must have a power brick (good). Some say powered and draw the juice via the USB (bad). Hey Cali, ya never have enough. I keep adding stuff. I use 20 USB ports (on 3x 7 port hubs) for my sim rig and I'm about to use 4 more for my MFD TFT screens in BMS.:helpsmilie: Yes, some joysticks etc don't like USB hubs. My TM stuff turns on and off unless on the board USB ports (or pcie ports).

Well thats all gonna change. Most Falcon drivers are going to rally around the stunning BMS 4.3, you should check it out, its even free. New life for the old master of flight sims.

That's what I'm waiting for....Ivybridge. Ivybridge i7 sockets release this March, but the new LGA 2011 will follow for enthusiasts (probably code for expensive LOL). With its PCI-E 3.0 and 22 nm technology, its going to be much faster clock for clock than Sandybridge. It will have double the transistor density of Sandy Bridge, but also support memory speeds up to 2133MHz and base clock overclocking. By overclocking the motherboard makers can offer memory speeds up to 3000MHz.:thumbup: 3 Ghz memory speed, can't wait!
