I asked this question in the DCS forum. Yes it is possible since there is no content protection, however, the missions are heavily scripted and a change can break the script and the campaign can become simply unplayable.

The Mi8 and Huey are officially in beta for no reason of you ask me. I fly them frequently and they don't have more problems than the 21. Regarding the gazelle, it was already pretty polished back in November in Wags vid. I'm sure it's at a very high quality now already

Fair enough. I know that some third party abused of this beta system, but I dont think it will be done again. Look at Razbamfor example, they released the mirage very early and have been fast in fixing it and getting the remaining features implemented. Even if they asked for a full price it wasn't that bad. I trust Polychop about this as well even if they release an early version, which I think they wont, or a beta, I wouldnt have a problem to pay full price as long as they are committed to finish it. Third party devs are small studios and the market they target is really small. Paying full price is giving them support and even keep them alive. I am not disappointed by Razbam and I am confident I wont be with Polychop.

As far as I remember, they said that the Gazelle will/should be released Q1 2016. Well, we are coming to the end of it! :)

The F18 and the Mirage will keep me busy until the F14 comes. I always thought that the timelines given were too optimistic giving the complexity and number of the modules in dev let alone the unstable DCS and frequent updates.

I have all those mapped already almost from day one. Even the non working radar elevation :D The vertical scan is only 8 degrees, we will have to use that elevation buttons intensively!

exactly, the altitude in STT and in TWS should be in feet. This bug was present from day one. I hope it gets fixed before the next update.

Upcoming RDI Radar changes Zeus, The altitude of the target in STT mode is still in meters while it's in feet in TWS mode :( Is it possible to quickly fix this ?

It is not the A10C :) The M2000D is capable of more, it has also a laser pod. Actually even the A10C can't normally change the laser code. It is done by the crew as well.

The pilot doesnt see or modify the laser code. It is done by the crew on the ground directly in the bomb. The pilot doesnt even know if the bomb locked on something or not.

in the Mirage you cant choose CCIP or CCRP mode. It depends on the Bombs. LGB is CCRP only. You have to mark roughly the target and drop it in CCRP mode.

The GBU is fully functional as far as I know. What's not working is the auto release when the cue hits the FPM. Now it is fully manual and dumb bombs are highly innacurate. GBUs are accurate though. No you are absolutely right

Friday is gonna be a glorious day! What's next with the radar? Probably auto lock in CCM and Magics slaving ? I think these are the 2 last things for the air to air radar. At least can't think of something else.

the progress you did with the radar is tremendous. it seems so easy for you! what about the loss of the lock? it seems way too easy. I dont know if it is realistic as it is or not, but will you change something in that regard? Thanks!
