  1. That terminal is ground connection. Stick can probably work without it. But I had to make the hole in tailpiece narower to increase the strenght of plastic part.
  2. I am sorry to hear this. I can print a new tailpiece for you myself. Just send me a message. I don't know why this happens, maybe there is tolerance problem with TM or Shapeways.
  3. Maybe you can just pull it but it takes a lot of force. Maybe something can be broken that way, I cannot tell for sure. That is why I disassembled the grip.
  4. Please see page 3 of this thread.
  5. I'll make this one soon.
  6. Unfortunately I don't have Cougar throttle. Is there such a ring in the throttle? Do you have photos? Do you have caliper to make measurements?
  7. I apologize to everybody for my late responses but I am doing my best.Things are crazy in RL. I cannot promise that I'll be able to do this, it is not simple plug and play thing it will take a while to produce something that works. Maybe one day.
  8. Very nice work! Do you know how is real paddle switch actuated?
  9. Thank you for your help. Somebody else contacted me for SFS box, as close to original as possible. I have a few drawings, I need make a few modifications and add paddle lever. I plan to use Otto P1 switch, and lever will actuate it somehow.
  10. If third chip is added then 24 switches can be connected in theory. Warthog sees only 22. But that will be more than enough for F15. Problem with this grip is that it must be modified to fit everything inside. You can use also Alps switch for ACQ, and new pcb is needed for that also. There is a second option. I work on SFS box that will be sort of extension for Suncom grip. There will be paddle switch as well. Inside of the box there will be more than enough room for electronics and then more space inside the grip for switches. That is maybe the best sollution if extension is not a problem.
  11. I was working on new version but it is tricky, because a third shift register chip is needed for all of the buttons and dual stage trigger. It can be done if I use even smaller SMD components and SMD switches and if I make PCB a bit bigger. I want to use only a few different components, one type of resistor, switch, chip, capacitor etc. I plan to order pcbs fully assembled and that will raise the price, but I really have no time to solder pcbs by hand. Alps switch is very small and must be raised a little because otherwise it will have to large throw. To raise it another PCB is necessary. Is there service for cables as there is for PCBs? I would like to order cables with 5 pin mini din on one side and PCB connector on another.
  12. I added one more part and updated two of them. Warthog throttle part - TBM900 This one is made per request and is for X-Plane TBM900. It has two detents at 15% and 34%. Warthog throttle part - Saab-A340 I made a grooves a bit deeper for. Warthog Throttle part - Elite I completely remodeled this one. It now has two detents. At 50% and 87,5%. It is to be used in Elite Dangerous when throttle is in full range mode.
  13. Shapeways, unfortunately, has changed the pricing formula. It looks that smaller parts are more expensive, almost double for afterburner detents, larger parts are similarly priced. So it is not about me, my markup is same as always.
  14. Paint that looks rubbery when mixed with something like dishwashing soap did something simillar on one of my grips. Isopropil alcohol and cloth will do the job.
  15. Everything that you need you can find HERE. Most of materials can be bought on eBay, sensors and magnets from GVL224, I have the springs.
  16. I don't have that, measure everything and I'll put that on my list.
  17. I will put this on my list, I have a few other requests at the moment. I am also working on 4 way switch. Please be patient, I'll have something soon.
  18. Thank you Sokol, it looked like that to me. How many switches are there? It looks to me that electronics could be easily replaced with one 4021 shift register. PCB just have to be smaller.
  19. I added new tailpiece, it was requested. It is VKB KG12 to Warthog adapter. VKB sometimes sells KG12 grips. I don't know what is situation with electronics in that grip, can anybody share some photos?
  20. They should fit. I could maybe print knobs that fit directly on Alps switches on my printer.
  21. I don't know, I don't have working throttle at the moment so I need feedback. Bad news is that Shapeways raised prices for new prints and I think soon for all prints. You can see in my store that this part is double the price when compared to other simillar parts. My printer does a good job, I will print most of the parts much chraper. 10 Euros, shipping included for a part like this, postage is always around 2 or 3 Euros.
  22. I have few more parts available. First there is new throttle part, it was made per request. It has push through detent at 80%. I made new lever for F18. It is park/emerg lever, it is only available from me directly, so no Shapeways for this one. I have blank Warthog throttle plates, available also directly from me.
  23. Thank you, I wouldn't say that better myself. Shapeways minimum postage cost is arround 15 dollars for US and EU, much more for countries far away. I ship via airmail, maximum cost is 2 or 3 dollars.
