Some gfx cards have multiple outputs for multiple screens. The higher end card can run up to 4 monitors on one card. But most people like to go with an SLI or Crossfire set up for 4 monitors.

Have you made sure the ASP is set to Shoot and not bombarding?

Did you make sure the JATO pods were loaded onto the aircraft before you flipped the switches? I've made the mistake of flipping the switches during start-up procedure while my load out was being put on the pylon and this caused a malfunction of the auto-ignite.

If you have gfx cards in either SLI or crossfire disable the second gpu. This latest update broke the compatability.
