My girlfriend isn't a huge fan of my passion for flying in DCS (crazy right???). I had her try DCS and her first reaction at the graphics and textures was amazing. I have never seen someone so amazed by DCS. I had her use my controls and she enjoyed flying. The landing not so much hahaha! She mentioned that if we could fly together and she would most likely end up loving DCS as much as I. Getting another set of controllers through this giveaway would make my goal of getting us both on DCS so much easier as that is the hardest (money wise) part of the process. Oh and you guys would help keep the relationship strong! Haha. From one dcs addict to all others, thanks for this opportunity!

I agree with this. When Mirage is going against ranged missiles they use numbers, skills, and tactics to fight due to the 530D capabilities. Would be a fun mission to try! Let me know when it is ready. I have a wing of m2k drivers I'd love to try this with.

I'm assuming he forgot to have the radar on emit mode -
Did Leatherneck tease the Viggen release date??

Did they??? Did they?? -
Will we also get the emergency landing hook implemented? How about the emergency gear release handle? I'd even like the gear warning button implemented because there are times that my gear is damaged and that alarm gets annoying.

Switch logic a bit....illogical. Or at least inconsistent

Sometimes even if you search it and are the first to post it your bug report goes unnoticed. So stop giving grief. As long as it finally becomes acknowledged by Devs that is all that matters. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=158985 -
Followed the link but there really isn't an explanation on how integrate that software with other modules besides the black shark. Do you know how to work with it? If so let us know please! I'd be more than happy to add it to the mod list!

Hmm...I've always had true representation of tgt altitude when using radar and top right numbers

They are in both. I believe the zip files are jsgme ready and the folder only ones contain the direct lua with a read me. I tried to save the read me in notepad but I'm doing this from my phone so it ended up being in pdf

Hey guys, I have started to compile a group of mods for the M2k under one link. We have Sedenion's work along with the modified lua from Tharos for the missile dynamics and then the aim-9 enable also from well...I forget from where I got it but thanks to the original modder for that! Link is below. There might be more mods out there that I missed so please post the links here and I will update and edit my cloud folder with the newest additions. :pilotfly: EDIT: updated link https://drive.google.com/folder/d/0Bys4qWbevdJ8MlFXbHFYRFcwNkU/edit Edit: Jan 31,2016 Added Werewolf's NVG mod Original Download here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1741266/ You're awesome for this werewolf!

He's done great work and has gotten a +1 from me. I am wondering if he is willing to code one last display for us considering he has a great picture to use as reference =). The RWR display is cluttered as if the whole display was shrunk and fit only into the inner ring. Sedenion we need you!

R-550Mk2 (Magic 2) & Super 530D Performances: Synthesis and sumary
CHRISXTR3M3 replied to sedenion's topic in M-2000
I'm really excited to see where your modifications take our M2k. I believe I speak for many when I say, thank you for starting your work in the missile logic for our m2k. :D:D:joystick::pilotfly: -
Thats a negative ghostrider. That wasn't begging, that was a chance to allow users to purchase modules. You have to remember the campaign DLCs are a fairly new thing. Most of us already have the base modules so to us a DLC campaign bundled with the module we already own is kind of a waste of effort. But I can see how it helps others. In my personal opinion I nay the su-27 & campaign bundle due to the fact that fc3 is already a bundle it itself and contains the 27 plus more aircraft. The hog + campaign I give a Yay to for those who have yet to purchase the thing, although there's some of us who have had the hog for a long time as well so that bundle doesn't do much to entice us. Same goes for the Ka50 + campaign. Now if they would do a DLC bundle...that would entice those of us who have been loyal to purchasing the modules when it was just that. And I'm sure they'd obtain a good number of sales from opening up the market with that option to us that have bought the modules way before they even came up with campaigns. This idea I would support:thumbup:

In that case buy it and let us know how much you enjoy it! :joystick:

In that case sorry for the mistake. Didn't know it was a hybrid. I was super excited too for ours to be like that

Metal 2 Mesh has a better quality radar. This is what I have seen from real radar pictures as well I will edit with the one I found as soon as I find it again. Different colorization used and look at the tracking info and real time tracking when changing heading etc.

Can we maybe not bicker like children trying to see whose flight stick has more deflection? I didn't create this post to see you all arguing mindlessly. If we all put out bickering energies into maybe finding some of these sources even in pdf format I would love it. And then we can search through these listed sources to see what information has been put there. Now I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings, but if the sources I've listed and the link I posted has been seen over and over again, I ask, has ANYONE actually gone and read the sources from the article to prove/disprove any of the statements and data provided by the linked article's author? If not, then let's make an effort to work together. You guys don't even have to read through the sources. But if you help me find them in digital or textbook formatt I will gladly give you a huge thanks and take over the researching part on my own. :book: :helpsmilie: And once again I apologize if this was already posted and asked..I reiterate...I work 24hr shifts and my latest schedules have been 24hrs on 24hrs off. Needless to say when I get off work the last thing I do is search through pages and pages of posts and threads as all I want to do is come home and fly with you all after a long shift. :joystick:

Not sure if you read to the end of the whole article, because there are sources. I am going to research the sources for information during the next week and you are more than welcome to help search them as well.. * Sources include: THE COMPLETE BOOK OF FIGHTERS by William Green and Gordon Swanborough, Smithmark Books, 1994. It is late and I work 24hr shifts so I don't have the energy to go looking through thousands of pages and posts to find the answer to this question. If it has already been asked then I apologize. Will we be getting the MICA IR for our M2K? And if so will we also get the seeker head video feed and infrared search & track functionality? I found this info on this article and there are sources listed at the bottom.:book::book::book::joystick::joystick::pilotfly::pilotfly: http://www.airvectors.net/avmir2k.html#m2 "Armament was substantially improved by the new Matra MICA AAM, which is now the AA's standard AAM. MICA stands for "Missile d'Interception, de Combat et d'Autodefense / Intercept, Combat, & Self-Defense Missile". It is a lightweight and highly agile weapon, with a thrust-vectoring nozzle. There are two versions, including the heatseeking "MICA IR" and the radar-guided "MICA EM". The infrared seeker on the MICA IR can in principle provide video to the cockpit to act as an infrared search & track sensor. The radar-guided MICA EM variant provides a "fire & forget" capability. However, the Mirage 2000C only carries the MICA IR, there being no support for the MICA EM in the aircraft's weapons control system.
