Hi Sukhoi350. Thanks! I use TrackIR 4 that's how I'm viewing so quickly. I couldn't imagine not using TrackIR. Wingman commands - Since I have an available hat switch, because of trackIR, I set a command for all wingman commands. Quick access. Thanks for watching.

Howdy pilots I completed my first ever edited DCS video. It's for my almost completed campaign. I use low ROF to save ammo. I find with high ROF I use it up to quickly. With soft targets you can fire just a few rounds in a single burst and wait to see if it destroys target..if not do another quick burst. For everything else it's high ROF.

I wonder how much this would cost and if only the military can purchase it? If that's true, I might just start my own country and create a 1 man military, just for this :-) :thumbup:

Hello Pilots! I've been playing FC2 multiplayer this past weekend and let me say I'm addicted! :pilotfly: The 104th server is pretty stable considering at times there was 50+ people on the server. I encourage you all to hop in there and check it out! What I found kinda funny was the crowded runways and how, without any tower, 15+ aircraft are taking off and landing, even at the same time from different directions!! A few accidents that were funny but overall and considering it's a public server, it feels very realistic, the missions, the pilots and the overall atmosphere. Thanks again ED for making another amazingly incredible stable simulator!

Another thing to remember is that you don't have to be flying directly towards the target to keep a lock. If you can fly 30 degrees to left or right and still keep lock that makes it harder for enemy to lock on to you, and harder for missile as well. I do this as long as I can until I think an enemy missile is close to me then I take hard evasive action :-)

ED...if you simulated the entire world...there would still be people complaining that you forgot to include the moon and mars.:huh:

1. I really like holding down the release weapons button before the missile launches...seems more realistic. 2. The visuals are amazing. In DCS BS I never fly high, so seeing the world from up high is amazing, and a first for me. Those mountains look amazing. 3. Third party 6DOF cockpit. Amazing! nough said. 4. The feeling of getting your $30 worth. Especially when you know you're going to be playing for MANY hours, days, weeks, and years! 5. The radar in the F-15C finally works properly and doesn't mess up everytime I use it. Thank you! 6. The interface is better, main menu music not as good as blackshark, but trillions times better then LOMAC/FC1...IMO

I set my trim button to pinky switch on x52. I'm so used to holding the trim down now I find myself holding it down throughout an entire mission lol

Thanks! I will try to mess around with that. It's a starting point. The view will follow missiles, guns and rockets. I will mess around with it tonight. Also, I'm having this exact same problem with LOMAC.

Fellow pilots, I've been having a problem with the view in my game. Simulation mode. The view - Released Weapon view. Half way during each mission, for the last several weeks, I would get stuck on this view. I fire any weapon (guns, missile, rockets) and the view automatically changes to the Release Weapon view. It could be another view? The camerca follows the rounds the second I fire. This happens at anytime during a mission. The annoying part is that I've removed almost ALL of the view keys now from the in-game controls setup, because the problem wont go away. In game, I've cleared all the commands so technically the view shouldn't be allowed to change. I'm running a Satiek X52 profile. Somewhere I must have got the commands mixed? By removing the view command in game shouldn't the problem go away? Any help would be appreciated. Thx!

I think DCS MAX only works with beginner to intermediate skilled pilots :joystick:

You've played too much blackshark when you tell your girlfriend that you like Blackshark more than her! Even then I still havn't played enough!

The only command I ever give my wingman is to attack ground target's when you're about 5-9nmi away. He usually does a good job....otherwise just pretend you don't have a wingman and if he dies it's ok because you never had him in the first place :-) Actually the wingman is also good at giving you warning of enemy air threats..he usually is the one to warm me first. He's not that bad...eh?
