  1. * Fixed the crash when using ALT-TAB in a mission with ships.
  2. DCS series use advantage of multicores (or use better in future). In my opinion the next step in videogames, or in this case, simulators, is AIPU (Artificial Inteligence Processor Unit). The market have CPU for general purpose, GPU for graphic acceleration, PPU for physic acceleration, and the logic new step is AI. Is the one of the most important feature for realistic experiencie. If DCS use diferent cores for diferent works, can assign one or more cores for IA, for example ArmA 2 use one dedicated core for micro AI, RoF use dedicated core for physics and for FM. This is not futuristic, is reallity of today. Yes, is complex work, but schedule a complex AI, dedicating one core for this, adding new world of posibilitys to a game. First, ability to add advanced control system of air space, similar of ATC in Falcon, and better, this advanced ATC ability to add Dynamic Campaign. But goes beyond, can add advanced control of terrain units, and this units can reacting more complex in combat situations. And of course, this ability add advanced AI for multiseats aircrafts. In my opinion this is one of the most features for a realistic simulation.
  3. +1 :thumbup: ArmA is not good example, is infantry sim with option to use vehicles. ED say in the past AH-64A for DCS have two seats, and advanced IA for complex comunication and control with teammate of other seat. What is the question? DCS:Apache have 100% functionallity two-seats.

  6. Explain my poor title. If you have for example two monitors, one for sim, and other for Shkval and ABRIS, you have Shkval/ABRIS x2, in cockpit and in second monitor. This drop FPS. My question is. If posible can desactivate Shkval and ABRIS in 3D cockpit, and only have in second monitor (or second windows). This maintain FPS, but you have desired exported. If not is posible actually, please ED add this function for future patch, is very useful for not lost FPS. Thanks.

  8. Normal, is a simulator, not console game. This review is not seriusly. Product name is DCS: BlackShark, ¿you hope found M1 Abrams or F-15? This reviews is not redacted by virtual pilot.
  9. VAC 2.2 is now for download. I start creating a profile for VAC, when conclude i update Cougar profile. Cougar profile have some small improvements and fixes.. But no have much time.

  14. I relaxed, only i say destine time and resources for grass dislike me. For me grass in air simulator is unnecessary, you only view grass at 10-20meters, no view grass in Shkval or others MFD/TV, but PC use resources for grass, in resumen, grass no affect gameplay, no affect fly, no affect weapons, only is visual addon for 10-20m altitud/distance. I would prefer that time and job is spent on developing other things such as collidable trees for aircraft and for line of vision, Improved infantry, better comunications (ATC, other flights,...), dynamic campaign, etc...

  16. -1 :mad: I feel really bad, the grass in the simulator is good for nothing, just to annoy. - First, the grass always very low FPS. - Second, the grass is just drawn to a few meters from us, this means that only when we are about 10 meters or less above the ground, we see the grass, and a maximum distance of about 10 or 20 meters. Also do not see the optical systems. If the grass in Armed Assault, is more annoying than useful, Imagine in air simulator, which fly so high and so fast that we give a shit, but still be lower FPS. I am very unhappy with this, and not alone, and Rof and Bob also announced that it would.
  17. Diferent engines is not said for my, is said for ED. I go search the post ED say is diferent Engine.
  18. SP and MP is in diferent exe but is diferent engine. SP have the new Engine, and MP have the old Engine, when ED complete the new engine for 3D world, ED merge all in one.

  21. Ka50 no have differential brakes, only general brake. Is realistic :)
  22. Yes Ka50 no have VAC, but and if... Seriously, Ka50 pilots have REAL cockpit with REAL buttons, and have REAL panoramic view, etc... Multimonitors, touchscreens, trackIR, etc... all of this, supplements, the gaps that our computers have with respect to reality. People no have fisical cockpir for press button in one second, need use mouse for press button in 4 seconds, people no have sferic monitor for view HUD and Shkval in same time, need look one for time, etc... Multimonitor, touchscreen, trackIR, vac, aproach people to reality, one monitor of 19', and one keyboard, is not real. :smartass:
