  1. First of all, I've previously stated that I respect what the buddy spike guys are doing enough to comply with their request to not use the mod in question. So there goes that theory. It's time you stopped stating BS as fact. And second if you take away the ability to use helios and other widely accepted tools for people that have built pits, im confident you'll see disastrous effects in the community. 2. A field mouse thinks he's the master of the universe. You think you know what you're talking about. I know that you dont. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  3. Tell us that leavu does that so I can call you another idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  4. Perhaps a detailed video of leavu's functionality and capabilities AND limits will educate some of these ignorant people. Possibly a faq? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  5. The uninformed who are spouting off incorrect information as fact is beginning to overwhelm. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  6. More idiocy from a person who clearly doesn't understand the mod. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  7. Id probably quit playing dcs if they break helios. I'm guessing hundreds of others would as well. Among those hundreds are a ton of people who contribute far more to the community and player base than you. Quite frankly, your whining attitude and inability to make a point would be a welcome abscense. When compared to the people that have devoted thousands of dollars and hours to bettering the dcs community, id trade a hundred of you for one of them. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  8. First off, you need to get over this idea that im trolling. Your concerns, although idiotic were addressed. I made a statement that coff felt the need to respond to. I'm not sure who you think you are that you get to tell me to stop. If I want any more crap out of you, I'll squeeze your head. If you dont like what I have to say, dont include yourself in the conversation. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  9. Because why bother having a touchscreen if there's no real time data depicted on it because they've disabled it.....theres a word for the interface you can touch but conveys nothing back. It's called a keyboard. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  10. Doing this will probably break a lot of home pit builds. Touchscreens are another probable casualty Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  11. Im not really sure as I have a fairly vague idea of how it works but I know several have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars and hours setting up their cockpits. If the work and money theyve spent gets turned off because of panic of some who are speculating and spreading falsehood and assumption as fact, it will be an absolute travesty. Honestly the mod is good enough to receive some endorsement from ED. If they would embrace it, and make it a standard, it would be a great service to what is probably the most popular airframe. That's a pretty tall request but the whole turning off the game's ability to use ownship data is very concerning. If you want to ban the mod, because you're concerned with the rights of those refusing to use it, I hope the rights/work of those who use helios and home pits are taken into account as well, especially considering they are a recognized "sanctioned" part of the community that have contributed far more than the misinformation spreading whiners. If track IR, teamspeak, and a joystick are considered additions that grant an advantage, I fail to see why this mod can't join that standard, especially when disabling it conceivably voids and makes unviable the work of such a large portion of the community. I look forward to the discussion happening though. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  12. Lol. I like both airframes. They play differently and each has different strengths and weaknesses but I dont think one or the other is unbeatable. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  13. What airframe is that? ;) Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  14. Likewise. The amount of money and time this will render wasted for me is staggering and heartbreaking. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  15. I sincerely have great concern that this will affect helios and those that have built their own pits with functioning guages. Can you confirm if this will or will not affect them? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  16. Sigh. It seems like the small minds will win this debate. I hope they don't break helios in the process. Then again, I'm probably "cheating and hacking" by using it so maybe they should. /facepalm. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  17. Anyone have a link to where he said this? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  18. You have a link to this "latest word from ed" ? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  19. Sensors are no better either. They don't get any enhancements.... Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  20. How does it "make my aircraft better"? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  21. Im aware of how it works. I'm still in disagreement that graphical representation of legally obtained, shared data is "cheating" Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  22. So it's the fact that it's a 3rd party program that changes the graphical representation of data? Is that correct? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  23. Broken link....more failure to demonstrate a valid argument. Was it another clothing commercial completely unrelated to the discussion at hand? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  24. Is it your assertion that taking export data and using a 3rd party program is cheating because it changes the appearance of the information? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  25. Exactly what I expected when I requested evidence. More of your nonsense. You failed, my friend. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
