  1. Don't really understand what you saying.. Can you tell us how to glad informations about F-35 and all those kind of airplane ? Just ''hey ! Lockheed Martin, I'm a russian dev of flight sim, can you tell us all the secrets of your brand all new $400 billions top secret plane !?''... Since when Su-25/Su-25T are air refueling capable !? Never heard of that. And if Su-33 can't be able to carry AGM-65 like or russians counter parts of the mavs ... Never heard of a Su-33 capable of carying air-to-ground missiles except for the Kh-31A krypton i think. Did you even imagine the amount of work to make a technically good map !? They've make NTTR since 5 years, and still in Open-Alpha.. I prefer ED to spent this time to make more DCS-Standard planes. But some more maps are still welcome.
  2. In my opinion, between the 3 aircrafts of the list, MiG-21 is my choice. Hawk T1 : Just wait for the EFM and big update of this month. MiG-15 Bis, awesome plane to fly, but no campaign for single player. A good choice like the F-86. MiG-21 Bis : Awesome to fly, challenging to fight against all the other fighter of DCS and pretty versatile. A campaign for solo flight. My choice will be the MiG-21.
  3. Just move your head in translation... And you'll see your wings. I use mouse, not Track IR
  4. It could be a really good plane for DCS in my opinion.. But for now focus on Mirage please :D !?
  5. Ahahah excellent ! Like it !
  6. Would like to hear a leatherneck dev about this. It's a pretty interresting thread
  7. Turn the anti ice systems after APU start, and when starting the engines, turn any anti ice off to have full power to your engines
  8. Goblin, we can clearly see on the skull's video that Thai's ZA uses their rudder to control differential breaking. But its a very light deflection. Maybe some modifications to the hydraulic system or an advanced electronic management of hydraulics systems of the L-39ZA/ART make useless to turn the rudder to a large deflection, i don't know.. Or maybe wee don't need anyway to have a high pressure on the rudder to make a turn effective
  9. Is it possible for Leatherneck to make an LANTIRN pod, based on the LITENING ?
  10. Come late, but really interresting thread !
  11. The manual was here since a while i'm wrong ? I've my point of view. I'm really happy with DCS betas, when i think about Battlefield 4, The Witcher 3 and some other that you buy 59€, those games was supposed to be finished at their release date, but then nobody can play, because the game needs HUGE updates to be playable. The Witcher 3 was simply unplayable more than 10 minutes, after it crashed, need to wait for a patch to play quietly. I know it's not a good thing to compare DCS to other games, whatever they are, but still, DCS clearly claims that X product is in beta, and aircraft simulation is really hard to devellop (i think). So it needs time. And as i said, even with the mention ''Beta'', F-86 is great. Seriously, you don't enjoy to fly with it ?
  12. Dufay : ENG manual ? You want an English manual ? Seriously check : :C/DCS World/Mods/Aircraft/F-86/Doc... And there is the english manual... There is also another english manual on the internet (PDF file) Yes its still in beta, but have you ever played other flight sims like FSX/P3D or X-Plane 10 ? A lot of add-ons for those sims have aircraft in final version, but there is not a lot of them which are at the same level of DCS's Sabre Beta version... The F-86 is clearly near to the final version, and seriously, it's a great aircraft to fly, even in Beta, same thing for the MiG-15, Mi-8, Bf-109 and Fw-190. Yes i agree we need missions and campaign for all of those planes (except Mi - 8, and even some units of their era, but in terms of the aircrafts themselves, those modules are really great don't you think ? Don't really understand your complain
  13. Dassault MD-454 Mystere F-3 Demon/Venom Hawker Hunter De Havilland Sea Venom F-80...
  14. Thanks for posting the mp3 and TXT format. Really cool. I'm pretty new on the forum and is it the first time the DCS community can learn from a real A-10 pilot, or is there other real Hog's pilot here in the forum (or virtual squadrons) ? Thanks again it's a great initiative !
  15. ouuuh, you're curve is really... curved.. 25 ? I'm only at 10. The nose goes up and down if you don't hold the stick ??
  16. Maybe a joystick settings. I've add a little curvature to both my roll and pitch axis to have a more fluide and precise comportment, my joy is a cheap TM 16 000 M. To be honest i'm very happy with the Fishbed flight model, it looks very very good, but it could still be improved at some altitude, roll/pitch angles and speeds. Try to set your joystick, for me it doesn't bounce like you said. Stay Safe Down There :pilotfly:
  17. I don't share your point of view. I prefere Maps like Black Sea or NTTR but with nice detail level rather than the all planet with high detailled... Pixels.. That's allow us to have nice graphics without a competition computer. Seriously, P3D is ugly ! X-Plane 10 is lifeless and empty, you need 700Gb of files to make it looks good with scenery (but X-Plane is still a fantastic work tool !)... My favorite sim is DCS, nice graphics (for an old engine) High level flight models. And campaign. I prefere a lot of campaign rather than the planet. Maybe in the future we could have the entire planet surface with nice graphics and a good optimisation. But not for the moment. Concerning the fact that ED does not share some of their files you're maybe right in some point of view. But seriously look how many time they need to do NTTR.. So according to that, I'm not sure that it's so easy to create a good map. But it's sure, there is some things to do in collaboration with the flight sim's community to make DCS greater.. Sory if my english is bad, i don't use translator. :music_whistling:
  18. Hi. What is your altitude when you look at your airspeed ? Don't forget that the Airspeed Indicator shows the Indicated Airspeed (IAS). Same thing on the HUD except if you do the proper changes into the Display Modes option on the IFFCC test Screen (i personaly put Airspeed of the HUD on TRUE). Your Hog have a payload ?? I'll try it soon to see. The A-10 is a pretty slow aircraft anyway.
