  8. Make sense, I see the original bug report now.
  9. No problem, that was a nice surprise :)
  10. This bug is not new and is known by the devs, but since I was unable to find the bug report for it, there is it :). So the bug is with the radar antenna pitch speed, it is fine when going down, but very slow when going up. The radar scans 120° and 4 bars by default, on the left of the radar screen, you have the pitch rule, the commanded pitch (4, 2 or 1, depending in the select bar scan number) and a line showing the real radar pitch. When commanding the radar to look down, the current line scan is finished and then the radar jumps to the commanded pitch but when looking up, the radar scans each line going up until it reached the commanded pitch, and that can be very long. Here is a track illustrating the above, in it I have 3 planes in front of me at 80nm and you can see that the real pitch takes a long time to go to the commanded pitch. radar_pitch_bug.trk Ask me if you need anything more :) Tikas, you owe me a meal.
  11. As said Steph21, it's would help with a DO or ad RDO when pumping, or to know your position relative to a waypoint that's behind you. And those two frames are in CADR AV mode, so the normal radar display.

    CADR AR

Hello to all the cake slice driver ! I'm writing this post today to bring awareness to a wonderful news for our mirage, the devs sneakedly added the CADR AR mode for our mirage VTB screen This view is activated by putting the CADR switch in the AR position at the bottom of the VTB screen, just left of the luminosity wheels. In this view, our aircraft is moved to the center of the screen, with the top of the screen, still being our plane's 12 o'clock. For the moment in this mode, we don't have the TDC available, so it is only useful for waypoints and DO positions. You will of course still see the detected contacts at the front of the aircraft. This is a photo Razbam showed some time ago. The videos are coming from a Mirage 2000C military sim RB had access to when they started working with the AdA. You can see the CADR AR in two of the video icons and in both, it looks like the TDC is missing and the TDC position from self or waypoint is missing too. I might be wrong on this tho. So there you go, that's all I know on this :).

  22. The BK-90 setup is described on the real AJS-37 manual and there is this : And this : And the MiG-21 can indeed carry nuclear bombs, mabye not the Bis, but the airframe can. Not saying anything on the lighting here :).
  23. How are the BK-90 and the RN-24 "slight creative liberties" ?
