  1. Understandable :). I will abuse and ask another hard question :D : What is the nature of the relation between Razbam and the AdA regarding the -5 and the D . Does the AdA wanted Razbam to do the modules for maybe training purpose ? Or is it just Razbam getting the info needed from them to build the modules ? COMBO !!
  2. Thanks for the answer, it's nice to have you around to answer these questions :). Is the "end of the year" time-frame for the revamp that was talked about in the first monthly video is still the planned time-frame ?
  3. Will they take a look at the Mirage after they are done with the Harrier ? While the Mirage is not in a bad shape, it still have a few bugs and missing functionalities :). And what about the PCA overhaul ?
  4. That escalated quickly.
  5. That is the most understated point when comparing planes. I wish rep would still be a thing... Even if you put the Mig-23 price on the high side, that's around 4 Migs for a F-14B, IMO (limited, not a SME) the odds would be for the migs.
  6. The lines indicate that a warning light is on. Before take-off: You have to do the CDVE short test so the DECOL red light turns off. After nose gear landing: You have to reset trim The thing to do is to keep your nose up for aerobraking after main gear touch down until 110 kts. Then reset the trim by double tapping the autopilot standby button and let go of the stick so the plane can land the nose gear at the correct rate.
  7. M-2000C would fit what you want almost perfectly.
  8. I'm totally OK with that. IIRC, the PCA is hard coded so any "non-standard weapon" won't show on the PCA so you won't be able to fire them.
  9. "for you" is the key here, you are not every one. There is no need to make it "competitive" (as if it was a thing in a sim) with the F/A-18.
  10. It's in the manual you didn't read :)
  11. 4 simultaneous amraams on two targets won't help you. Mirage can also disengage at will, even more so than a 4 to 8 missile carrying F-18C :). Sure in a symmetric fight you have an advantage but I don't think it's so big that you will always loose the fight.
  12. If you say so. How come ALATs pilots tested it and said it was good then ?
  13. The model in DCS is the SA342 that have a very different SAS/Autopilot, even different blades. That must be why it feels different for you. SA342 ALAT pilots have tested and helped improve the FM on the Gazelle so I'm sure the FM is pretty good :).
  14. Don't know but mwd2 is right https://updates.digitalcombatsimulator.com/
  15. The viggen would be a perfect fit for what you said you want. The mirage is an interceptor with secondary A-G abilities, it's not designed to fly low, but to fly high and fast. Play load wise you get more or less the same ordinance as the F-5. I would not advise it for you considering you are interested in A-G more than A-A.
  16. Baltic said it himself some time ago : Nothing IFF codes in DCS are not implemented, the only thing IFF does in DCS is check the coalition. It's only for immersion purpose.
  17. Thanks, does it means that the work on the mirage feature and bug will speed up ? :)
  18. Happy to help :)
  19. At 180 feet you get ground clutter so it's not better. Try 20 kft co-alt, you should see better results. Nail is like spike IIRC, it does not means your flight have them on radar. Again, from what I see, no bugs here. And 180 ft is NOT best condition at all.
  20. I'm almost never playing single player.
  21. I don't see any bugs here, look down will have lower detection range. Max detection range on a F-4 would be around 40-45 nm in the best conditions. Did I miss anything ?
  22. Might be incorrect radar elevation.
  23. Please, watch the video when you can, you will understand :).
  24. Did you watch the podcast ? It is said almost word by word that RB work almost on each updates on the mirage. I can't help you if you don't want to see it...
