Hey all, Since 2.5 I've had many game crashes. Always during in game flying or on the tarmac. Game pauses momentarily and the little box pops up and takes me to the error log folder. Here are just a few from the past few days.. if anyone can advise what could be happening in my case that would be great. Sorry missed the first line... As you can see it is in the bin folder. Its called 'DCS World new' as its the fresh install i did last night. I just dont understand?? I cant for the life of me update 1.5.8 to 2.5? I use the updater and it simply says "the installed version 1.5.8.12823.414 is up to date" If i use power shell and type the update command i simple get the below on my screen? I even installed a fresh 1.5.8 and tried from in there and i still have this same message? While in 1.5.8 bin I open powershell and type dcs_updater.exe and I get this message? So im happy with 1.6 on normandy.. however im finding nevada to be not good on all settings.. its very pastel.

Hola all, can anyone recommend a good gamma setting for deferred shading on? Also is the one setting good for both maps? and finally... are people only changing gamma setting for deferred shading only? Thanks!

trust me.. install dcs onto the ssd and all your problems will go away. If you have space alongside your OS on the current ssd then install to test and you will see it will be perfect. So grab a new ssd and install everything onto that.. dont worry if your OS is on a different drive, it does not matter.

Hi all, Can somebody please tell me what folders/files i need to delete from the following screen cap to ensure the new shader files etc are updated for the new dcs2? I didn't want to delete the whole thing as i want to keep my settings etc. Thanks!
