Actually no problems at all, I was afraid/expected that it might couse som unbalance but I've had no problems at all so far. The motors stay cool, not sure what caused the fan hickup mentioned above but with some update versions of the platform manager and the firmware everything is back to normal again. Fan works as before and the motors stay cool

It's been lying pretty well this far actually. I'm a tiny guy around 70 kilograms, and the V3 can handle up to 130 kilograms of wight in total. It's mostly built in aluminium and some light weight wood materials. I'm still tweaking it a bit and now it's been a while since flying. I also have some new Winwing take off and combat panels coming up. Installing those and then, hopefully my newly operated kne will be fit for flight as well again I'll be putting up more outside view videos in the future on my YouTube

I'm building a flight sim ejection seat platform on the NLR V3. Ongoing project. Yesterday the V3 started to fuck around tho with error messages of some fans running at "too low speeds", causing the rest of the fans within the platform to spin out on max speed all of the time. To be continued... I have some parts still to build out of my motion ejection seat flight rig. But getting there, it's been taking me around a year, building from time to time since receiving the V3 almost a year ago soon. Very satisfied this far. Also, what is the "HB_F14_LOD1_3in1.dds" actually doing ? Will I need to save all my .dds images then as a regular IMAGE (like .png ? ) first, then paste each image onto the HB_F14_LOD1_3in1.psd and then generate the HB_F14_LOD1_3in1 as a .dds then?

hmmm, ok. Any good tutorials on this? I thouth the "Intel Texture Works (v1.04) " "Mip Maps: Auto Generate" did this by itself? :book:

Anyone knows why the (my skin) disappeares when zooming out a bit further and then are replaced with another F14 skin...? Not zooming out much but a bit. Same is in F3 view. +1 I'd also like a feature where you can "EXPORT" a mission and all its assets at least, and place them on a new/ other maps of your maps inventore/DLC maps. To get some variations in the mission but you dont need to start all over to create the same mission for another map....

Ive been looking into that. But its hadt to know which files thats needed from the F22 mod as well...

Where do I find that information on how to do it? I did a few attempts myself but no luck this far :)

Has the "Enable Motion Reprojection for WMR" been activated in SteamVR as of now? IS that the same as in SteamVR SETTINGS "Render resolution - AUTO" ? Also, what is "Advanced SuperSample Filtering" in SteamVR and how does that affect my WMR headset? Thx

I wonder how the Windows Mixed Reality support is handled in DCS today, what are your experience of that? I'm thinking about choosing between the Valve INDEX or the new Samsung Reverb. Unfortunately I did (still) experience a lot of issues with my WMR HP headset in dce yesterday. Including headset blacking out, even tho the WMR Portal still displays the DCS as open and working with its tracking. The screen/pilot head moving slightly drifting to the lef all of the time (when in the menu). Anyone using a WMR in DCS right now?

Anyone else tried this? What does those changes actually do?

I have the similar issue. Both in Beta and stable versions. My PC just freezes. And needs to be rebooted. Or I get the Blue screen :( I've tried unplug different connected HW like Tobii eye tracker 4C, my Warthog stuck and throttle, not the Trustmaster rudder tho. Will try that tonight as well. Updated/checked the firmware yesterday but no change. Happens to me after a while in flight. Often if changing to external view.

Great! Will try this and see if that's my reason as well. DCS (as of all games) really needs to add that "description pop-up informative text" for all the different settings and what it actually mean/ result in, especially in a game like this with that many settings. That might help people not being forced to search forums for hours, but to Enjoy this beautiful game instead... Perhaps develop a built in "plugin" that informs the player if things seems odd in performance and hopefully also informs what can inflict that... From a video settings point of view... :(

Not yet I think, from what I know. I tested it yesterday and it works better now than earlier. A nice feeling... ???? That would be an Awesome feature tho! :)

Tips and trix to set up HP WMR in Regular DCS version (BETA, and non steam version) ? Are you guy just using Steam VR ? Doesnt seem to work for me. Getting Steam VR some error on the Beta branch :/

Updated DCS and installed Persian Gulf in DCS Stable version... Created a quick mission on Persian Gulf, edited it and saved it. Restarted PC. Restarted DCS. Now The Persian Gulf does not appear under Modules/ Terrains any more... And Im unable to find my saved mission as well... Seems to still be on the latest update, so Im unable to "update" or fix the installed DCS version. Anyone else having this issue? :cry::joystick::music_whistling::helpsmilie:
