@RogerRamjet Looks like you froze it at just the split second the deviation occurred and it's not representative of the entire approach...the in-close is wonky for sure. But You're right, the E-Bracket and Ball falls right off at the end even thought the jet appears to be on a cable descent to the deck...and not much pitching deck here! Hope the Encoders can dial it in...got any cockpit footage of actual Goshawk Traps you've found on the internet or in your possession? Problem with most camera captures of something only the human can see from the cockpit is difficult...hopefully the data points and meatball can agree on what gives us, and external observers, a good, proper approach to Trap.

Hey Guys, I've been doing some flight testing with the Goshawk and I have found that if you have a realistic trap weight, proper winds and carrier speed to give you 25 kts average across the deck, the trap seems to go pretty well. Since I can't find a -W- water line in the HUD, I've been putting the compass ribbon "Carrot" at about 7 degrees and flying on-speed AoA and solid trap after trap. I've linked an unlisted video from Air Warfare Group's YouTube channel to demonstrate. Getting realistic parameters for the acft wt, ship speed and winds, and you should be golden!

@tosmonaute If you still lose the left MFD after a while during the flight, check to see if you have a HOTAS control mistakenly bound to that device...DCS is notorious for double-mapping controls...I have the TM Warthog throttle, stick, and 3 Cougar MFDs as well as MFG Crosswind pedals and each time I add a new aircraft, I have to go and de-program the duplicate controls that I don't need. Sounds like you have it going well! Cheers, safe flying...;^)

@tosmonaute Also see @Baldawg comment about making sure your Generator Switch is ON (MIDDLE POSITION) and not forward in RESET mode...that will create the issue you are having too. Let us know.

Does the problem duplicate if you do a Hot Start on the Ramp?

Would be cool if you made the model with solo pilot when only one client is in the jet! Although, solo flight from the rear seat is not recommended. ;^)

Hey, did you fully remove 1.0 folder and files before installing the update? It looks like you may have had to cycle your wheel brakes to get them to unlock...or might you have to reverse the axis on the brakes to get them to roll? Some guys have to mark the reverse axis box to make it work correctly.

Hi, could we please get the Launch Bar Switch added to the Special Input for 2-pos 1-signal switch on joystick in the F/A-18C default.lua file? I second the motion for the Landing Gear, as well as any other cockpit switches that can benefit from this 2 position, 1 signal function. Thanks for all you guys do and stay safe! Cheers, JUICE

I would like to see a slider input option as well as analogue for the Rudder Trim...for more options with varying HOTAS systems.

Noticed the Travel Pod says "Mail Cargo Weight 300 Lbs" I think it supposed to read "MAX CARGO WEIGHT 300 LBS"

@Baldawg Hey Bri...got home and tried it out, got so much mapped thanks to you. With the TM Warthog, the only control that needed special editing was the Tailhook which I just reversed the 1.0 - 0.0 values to get it to work. Great job as always! Don

I can see that for guys who make money off of their missions, or to prevent someone else from making money or taking credit, but in actuality, nothing stops you from joining a server, taking a look at what is where and how it is set up and creating the same or similar thing...so unless it's prohibited, it's going to be a thing people do. I've never done it as most mission makers have baby settings, too much eye-candy AI, and unrealistic loadouts or configurations. But If someone wants any of my missions, they are in the USER Files for free. JUICE

Deleted Trackir Axis Commands
JUICE-AWG replied to KillarZ's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I had problems recently using the GARMIN 430 and C-101 for the first time. Had to clear all the fields TrackIR entries that were left over in the old days of FTNOIR using a .dll file to mimic track ir files. Anyone know how to remove all saved TrackIR inputs from showing up on the controller list in settings? It would be like removing old joystick columns after switching to a new device. I'm not sure how to do that...anyone? -

Hey guys, I'm having a big problem. I just got the C-101 today, and have been using FaceTrackNoIR wonderfully for 8 years. Everything is great! And today, I got the C-101, flew it around and all is superb. Then, just a few hours ago, I got the C-101 Garmin ADDONs for both models and the base GNS430 module required. As soon as I got in the jet with the Garmin installed, my head tracker starts to jump all around vibrating like crazy. And, the Axis movements are reversed and the screen is unusable. Same mission, I can switch to a Hornet or Viper with no problems...but when I go back to the 101, the problem immediately returns. Anyone else having this issue? JUICE
