  1. Pardon I had no idea what MER meant :D Actually not even TER
  2. The following armament is planned to be available for the player: 1. Two 20-mm caliber M-39A3 cannons with rate of fire of 1500-1700 rounds per minute and ammunition of 280 rounds per gun; 2. Two heat-seeking missiles (AIM-9B or AIM-9P) (currently we are considering these versions); 3. Unguided bombs: · 5x Mk-82 · 3x Mk-83 · 1x Mk-84 · 5x Mk-82 Snakeye · 5x M-117 · MER-5 5x Mk-82 · MER-5 5x Mk-82 Snakeye; 4. Cluster bombs: · 5хCBU-52B; 5. Guided bombs: · 4x GBU-12 (buddy lasing or ground laser designator); 6. Unguided rockets: · 4x LAU-61 (x19) (LAU-3 or LAU-60 could be added later) · 4x LAU-68 (x7); 7. Flare dispenser: · SUU-25C. The teaser video shows the F-5 dropping at least 7 Snakeye. I am not trying to be fanatic, but I was wondering if it could carry triple ejection racks for mk82
  3. "We need a HUD" claimers in 3.. 2.. 1..
  4. I am considering to buy this module. So much inviting even because it grants bonus points However there is one thing that keeps preventing me in my mind to buy it. I am totally fine with it having no ILS/IFF/[insert three random letters here] and whatever. It just adds more challenge But is there the possibility -even in the future- for the F-5 to carry 4 AAMs? As an A-10C owner I feel the need to have a more fighter oriented aircraft, although not a dedicated one, and the F-5 looks just perfect to me. I know it is not comparable but A10 itself carries already 2 sidewinders, so do our almighty training aircrafts
  5. True. In fact I am omgpanicking for this map or the F-5 Which is discounted and grants bonus points. But only 2 sidewinders for a fighter...
  6. I am still considering to buy it. I wish it could carry 4 sidewinders
  7. Will do tonight thank you!
  8. 465nm? Lol that's far bigger from what I've read. Searching on Goggle I read it is 366km (I assume the detailed portion), to 600km in its biggest dimension. Anyways thank you, I will consider this map before flash sales end. Still deciding about this map or a new module :D
  9. Hi there, I know this question has been asked many times, but I keep reading around very different numbers. I would like to buy this map with flash sales, but before that I wish to know how big it is actually. Can anyone help me proving numbers or share their experience? Thank you
  10. Correct apparently it was the wind. I restarded the match setting wind to 0 and it seems ok thank you
  11. Hi there I am in my first steps with the a10, today I finally learned (well actually I hope) how to set waypoints and decided to take off My HUD is somehow misaligned. those horizontal lines (indicating angles) tend to keep the left side of the hud, all main readouts are in their proper positions. What am I doing wrong?
  12. I am new in flight sims and just wanted to know. That's the amswer i was looking for thank you
  13. A noob question - why does it come with a radar if it can only fit sidewinders?
  14. Only sidewinders? I thought they could fit aim-120
  15. Will be it avalaible discounted until july? I don't like the look of the F5 (too mig-ish) but it must be awesome to fly
  16. I am not a fan of russian planes, but I'd love a fully detailed badass SU-25
  17. Personally, I'd love to see the AMX, the pocket Tornado https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMX_International_AMX and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alenia_Aermacchi_M-346_Master :D
  18. At the end I bought the A-10C. I was seriously about to buy the Hawk but considering I do have the hotas warthog (and the super sale!), I was morally "forced" to buy the a10 :D Thank you all for your help
  19. I really appreciate your answers. The A10C may be my best choice then, I love challenges and watched few videos on youtube. I liked the hawk because it looked somthing new from usual flight sims. Anyways, still practicing with stock planes, then I will take my decision. Cheers
  20. Hi there, as I said I am new here. I am trying to figure out differences between modules, steam versions bla blaa... and I hope you can help me making this short. I downloaded the Steam version althought I didn't buy any modules yet. However, now I see there is a special offer for the Hawk here in the website, in which I am fairly interested. Now I am downloading the DCS lancher (site version) just in case. Here comes my first question. do you reccomend me to use the steam or "site" version? Thanks to wikipedia, I discovered what are SFM, SSM and so on. Is the Hawk worth to buy it? I belive it is ASM and I see it is SFM, but I can't see it anywhere if it will be upgraded to EFM. Will it be for free? Other than that, feel free to give me all suggestions you think for modules and understand what should I look for. Thank You!
