I have a similar issue. I have 1 JTAC set to lase only on a specific group of targets, We are loaded with the new MAVs for the hornet, yet the JTAC provided grid information only; no lasing on line. I was able to get it to work offline without changing anything in the mission.

Well, I'm relatively new to DCS, so for me it looks really good. I'm not sure its the same as all the other explosions. It looks different to me.

The explosion for the Mav is very well done. :thumbup:

Have been testing the update and so far its working great. Very easy to add to other mission as well. Well done!

I thought we were, but the admins do not want to open it up until the current members are trained; which seems to be taking forever for me. I am a very active vpilot flying multiple flights a day and I'd like to see the membership grow so there are people to fly with, but its not my decision. I've been looking at other wings as well, so I can fly more but haven't found any yet that seem to be a fit for me. I'm not into the rank structure and crap like that. I like realism balanced with the fact it is a sim, which the CVW1 has done well. They are just not active enough for me right now, but hopefully soon. :thumbup:

Disappointed too, but I'd rather have a stable release then one that messes things up. We've been successfully doing SEAD etc with what we have so I'll wait. Just don't make unrealistic release dates because that's what gets me angry :)

Is there a setting I can change to improve the connecting to server or server load time? It takes me 3-7 minutes to go from "connect to server" to being in the cockpit. The ping rates are low and I have fiber optic internet. cheers

+1 if it is realistic with distance attenuation etc. SRS is the best I've used.

The problem I found on the server is folks are not using SRS; they're talking on TS and that takes away from the immersion. You should assign frequencies in the TS channels such as "Channel Event 1 AUX 263.500 Yardstick 73/10 etc for channel 2,3,4.... Then have Primary setup up for each airfield and while airborne for interflight comms. Just a suggestion.

If you hit F2 view and zoom back a bit the repetition is more noticeable.

I was thinking if damaged or if flaps do not working. So, high winds approach flaps not used, still use full flaps? I consider full flaps landing and the half flaps approach based on experience but I understand the hornet is a different aircraft.

I understand bud. Someone must be selling their TIR with so many switching to VR. You should be able to get one for a reasonable price. Have you checked on the wing?
