  1. Very cool screenshots make me want to play your campaign
  2. There's definitely a wide range of ground units in the works, and I've seen official screenshots of a tiger Ii, and a merkava. We'll probably see some h its from in between there
  3. Very cool skin. I hope someday we have a Su-22 with a similar livery
  4. Where do you find this kind of documentation
  5. Is it meant for air to air? That seems really tedious if it is.
  6. But is Tornado a possibility?
  7. Mosquito is my favorite plane of the war, closely boxing out Bf-110. Would be very fun with multicrew. I don't have faith in Veao however.
  8. I've never noticed that. Damn I want it so bad
  9. I haven't flown Mig-21 since early July, before all the recent updates have dropped, but I was just taxiing the mig on Guardians of the Caucasus and I noticed that as soon as I get rolling the plane shudders, as though I am pulling gs. Its even more noticeable when turning using differential braking. Is this intended, or is it a bug?
  10. What was this used for?
  11. Previously you had to turn it off in settings, now you can do it with shift + p default bindings. Thanks for fixing this Belsimtek.
  12. So excited for the Viggen to be released or at least have its own place and artwork on the LNS website. I love the artwork for the Mig-21 and F-14, and since so much detail is going into it for the Viggen I'm very satisfied
  13. I didn't realize that that IFF existed during wwii. It worked in conjencture with ground radar?
  14. Any variant I'd be happy with. I'd prefer an IDS, or a GR. 1-4, but I think it would be great if a ADV variant entered the fray, even if the ADV was only to FC3 level standards.
  15. What would the airframe ruggedness do to affect the ballistics? I'd imagine it would just require less maintenance after firing the gun.
  16. I agree on all fronts. Tornado is my favorite plane. F-16 should be in Dcs, but an early version focused more on dogfighting and simple bombing then bvr and complicated air to ground. A block 10-15 would be perfect for Dcs, and I'd love to see a variant that the Israelis used.
  17. Mosquito is one of my favorite planes, ever. I just imagine it to be more of a night INTRUDER, in terms of the night air wars. The Mosquito gave the Luftwaffe a lot of problems, especially when they started flying it into Reich territory at night. A lot of secret projects such as the He-219 uhu or the Do-335 were designed as night fighters that could catch fast movers at night time. I would honestly love to see the Mosquito in DCS in any configuration, once multicrew is a thing, and it would definetely give a lot more possibilities for night fighters.
  18. I would love to see that and I hope LN knows about this. Pacific and Korea are some of the theatres I most want expanded, and planes like P-61 fit.
  19. The most basic form of this would be adding searchlight ground units, and implementing GCI into 109 and 190. With this, you could effectively recreate "Wilde Sau" nightfighter units. If we ever see planes like bf-110 with night fighter variants, or even specialized night fighters such as the He-219 or the P-61, the modelling of their complex systems would be more difficult, but would be interesting to see done on a level with DCS standards. Unfortunately its a very niche part of the air battles of wwii, and I don't believe it will see much attention, but I hope so.
  20. What museum?
  21. I originally thought that display was an rwr before someone corrected me.
  22. Thanks for posting that!
  23. Nice picture Skoljd. Are those Maverick equivalents their carrying?
  24. I believe it's of the hud
  25. Mig-17 had much better flight performance, even without afterburner. I would definetely buy a Mig-19 though, perhaps more so then a 17. Mig-19 I initially viewed as an inferior Mig-21, which is kind of is, but when paired with fighters of its era, it is a prime contestant. Mig-19 is also interesting as its the first Russian supersonic fighter, that actually retains the swept wing design, which would make it interesting to fly. Mig-19 is also interesting because it has two engines, which wasn't something mig didn't go back to until the Foxbat.
