"Lomac can be purchased from the Lock On website on CD only" -> this is false information. Lomac vanilla (pre FC) can be bought from many retailers and websites that sell pc games with in the UK.

Are you sure you downloaded the right patch? There's 3 different patches for the English version of Flaming Cliffs as you can see here: If it's Lockon Gold from EVOLVED then you need to pick the third (bottom) one.

I'm with Grimes on this one. Many squads give out tail numbers to those cadets that pass their training as a reward and the squad member wears that tail number online with pride and it has a special meaning to that person. Are you ED really going to take that away from us the community? As Grimes said if this is the case, is their another way of putting your own tail number on the aircraft without having to mess with the mission?

Some servers actually ban you from taking screenshots. They do this with Servman. In order to take screenshots, you will have to replay your track then take the screenshots. To do this you will have to open DCS single player, click replay and navigate to (in my case) "C:\Games\Blackshark\Temp", open the track and you will have to press Pause/Break a couple of times and wait for the mission to load up, and press F2. Just the same as web download version. Lomac then FC (no need for 1.02 patch) then 1.12b patch. once finished your install. Right click your Lockon FC Icon and click Properties. Make sure it says Lockon.exe. If it says Lockon.bat go ahead and rename it to Lockon.exe. This is a bug with the English European version of Lockon Gold.

Wrong! Right click the icon, hit Properties, then Compatibility then click Run as Admin.

Just an update. I have sorted out the Black Canopy glass problem. Now I'm trying to sort out the missing textures. Here are some screenshots. What I might have to do is remove the black from unwanted areas and see if the helps. If anyone else has any other ideas please let me know.

I have tried changing the Beta to but noticed that the cockpit canopy glass turns black and looks like there's texture's missing so I'm gonna keep working on it to see if I can solve the problem. If I can sort it out then Jumper I won't mind help you do the same with the new mod if you are interested.

Depends on where you've installed it! I'm using Windows 7 x64.

The Screen res settings in the graphics.cfg files of DCS are obsolete! Instead change your res in the "Options.lua" file located in (my case. yours might be different) "C:\Games\Blackshark\BlackShark\data\scripts". Near the bottom you should see something like this: ["height"] = 1024, (Change this to 1080) ["resolution"] = "1280x1024", (this to 1920x1080) ["civTraffic"] = 0, ["width"] = 1280, (and this one to 1920)

Hey Spades. Where did you install Lockon? If it's in either the "c:\Program Files (x86)" or "c:\Program Files" folders, uninstall and reinstall it in c:\Games or something along those lines.
