Is it just on my rig or the "the fly last mission" but that after a mission that didn't turn out right is greyd out?? If I crash, or get crashed in the the new campaign, the option to re-try the mission again is not avail anymore:cry: bug or truth?

Installed all right on my rig. haven't got in teh cockpit yet so I can't say it works 100%, but it installed fine. So sharkpit, TR sound mod and my skins. cheers! pitbull

Correct me if i'm i'm wrong, but IRC, dispatched targets "disapear" from the AI, all you see is a unlockable target. that is why we cannot lock a dead target. and teh reasoning behind this is to lessen the load on the engine.

I heard various combat vehicules, IRL, and I can assure you that the wheeled fleet like the LAV25, Striker, LAV III don't squeak/. It's more like city bus sound, with a little more roar, all you hear is the engine being punished. Squeaking comes from heavy tracked vehicules, such a Leo tanks, M113, Bradleys, Abrahms etc... For what I can from my past experience, all you hear from the Leo at a distance, is the terrifying loud and heavy rumble from the massive diesel engine. The grounds actually tremble. The tracks squeaks are heard from a relatively short distance, less than 300m. Pit

Ok.. There is no marker on the ADF on the vanilla cockpit either... SOL I guess ;o) I tried installing the fixed beta, but in modman, I don't get the CDDS green state, just the green state. Looks like it's not installing the CDDS for some reason.

Good job!:thumbup: Just noticed that there is no "marker" on the ADF channel knob. There is no way to figure out if its on channel 3 or 8 for exemple. Not a biggy though, just a little anoying...

This would be perfect for our applications! 1 touchsreen for ABRIS, one not touchescreen for the Shkval.. If only BS would allow us to use multiple resolutions.. i.e.: 1600*1200 for the mains screen and 800*480 for those tiny monitors.. pit

I happened to me too. I finished a successful mission, and went ahead to look at the next mission briefing and then quit. when I went back at it the next day, I was back to the previous mission. Had to do it again. After finishing it successfully for the second time, I left the game. The previous scenario occured again when I went inti my campaign. This is really anoying.:mad::joystick:

I agree that the blurry glow should go! ;o) All in can say is that in all the aicrafts I've been into, mostly western, the lights are glowing but are not blurry. They are very sharp and crisp, easily readable. I think (don't quote me on this) that eastern aircrafts are also pretty much the same. I have been on IL-76 and AN-124 (not Kamov AC I know) and for what I can recall, they are the same. This is just my 2 cents, and I also want to say that you have done an outstanding job with the pit. :thumbup: Pitbull

Same here. I have been checking since the last couple of weeks and no stores knew what I was talking about.. I ended up pre-ordering on amazon.com. They won't ship outside the US for everything they sell, but they will for DCS:BS. The game should ship out tomorrow. Pitbull

you can select a profile to be a startup profile. Whenever you plug your saitek in, the profile is loaded atomatically. I use it for both my X-52 and my commander unit (collective a la Urze). When I plug the collective, the collective profile loads up, and when I plug my X-52, my cyclic profile loads up as well. :thumbup:

I own the DL Russian version already, I can cope with the wait. I just find it odd that the international release is not released in Canada at the same time as the US.....which is usually the case. cheers!

EbGames.com and EbGames.ca are 2 different sites. The .com one IS listing the game, .ca is not. I live in Canada (.ca) Game is not listed here so far...

I went the one Eb store, the guy looked at me like i was somekind of a freak.... They don't have the sim in their listing. Amazon.ca only lists the hard manual. Amazon.com list it for the 7th April, EbGames.com list it for the 23rd March... Do we know when it will be released here? If you look at the number of Canadian skins, i'm sure there is a lot of us waiting for the DVD version.. :) cheers!

Hey no worries! Is 15th field outwest? I served with 1RCHA and 5RALC. I am now an airman, a traffic tech. I do all the ground handling of our Hercs, C17 and A310's. Very cool job. I guess I have done a lot cool stuff in my career... i'm fortunate. ie.: Griffons hovering 4-5 feet above me, hooking-up slung loads; talk about adrenalin rush!!!! My next job is going to be Load Master on the A310. Wanted C17 didn't get it. :mad: Cheers! have to say it again, nice skin!

Well i'll be damned! The flag is on our C17's, C130's, Airbus A310's, Tutors, CF-188's......... even the SAR 146 have it... Never noticed the normal variant of the griffon didn't have that marking.... ***EDIT*** the buffalo was just an exemple, that's the first pix that I found... since all markings are the same for all CF aircrafts (except the damn Griffon...)I assumed the Griffon was the same, I've seen Griffons 100's time in my careerm even flew in it a few times, never notice the difference... ;o) And the Griffon is not the new attack chopper for the CF. Those are the replacements for the much better Twin Hueys we use to have. The Griffon have been upgraded with a couple of 7.62mm gatling guns on the skids, plus 2 X C6 machine guns COAX mounted at both side doors. The real term for it is Gunship, and are employed as escorts/close protection to our newly acquired CH147D Chinooks. At the beginning of the project, they were supposed to have a powerplant and transmission upgrade, and fitted with some kind of a FLIR. Don't know if this has been done. All I know is that they already serve our guys outside the wire. I also know that the total payload for the griffon is 2200Lbs summertime, substsract to that the armor plating, the extra crew member wt, the guns and ammo wt, you end-up with a bad troop carrying capacity.... In Bosnia, they could only take 5 troops... or 1100 Lbs of payload.. In comparisson, the venerable CH135 twin Hueys had a total payload 3500Lbs....

This skin in simply awsome! Small detail, on CF aircrafts, whenever "Canada" is written, there is always a very tiny small Canada flag over the last a of Canada. Small detail though. We are 5 guys flying together with the same guy always serving the missions. This guy is also editing the missions. There is no problem, we can all connect when we fly the missions he created We DL the Retrograde mission avail on the DCS missions forum. With the same serving, only myself out of the other 4 can connect. If I serve the mission, they all can connect on me... I got a outdated rig and I take a huge FPS hit, barely playable, so me serving is not a option. see my post http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=652329&postcount=19 I don't think th emission is the issue here since noboby else had a problem with it..:joystick:
