So, I went through this article at TheAircache.com about an J-11 (Su-27 made in China:)) that performed a series of maneuvers apparently designed to intimidate an American J-8 reconnaissance plane in international waters. Article is based on what the Pentagon says, China deny, same old story really, but.. I have also seen a claim that there was some photos released. Does anybody know more about this particular intercept?

What would be the best HOTAS for DCS fixed wing aircraft? I am using T16000 right now but I don't like single wheel for thrust and messy buttons location. Warthog HOTAS looks nice but is it really worth its price if I replace A-10C with F-18C module to be released? T16000M does not appeal to me though...

I just tried AAR with A-10C yesterday. (I am new too BTW, so big WELCOME HoYa). Tanker AI seems off I think. In terms it is not doing its job, you kind of need to fly your receiver into the boom and all videos I watched it is other way around...

Blushing Ooops.. Yeah, that Normandy thing... Question, if I get Normandy map, can I still fly modern aircraft there or will it be somehow locked? I know, it would be rather hard to land USAF jet but I would not hesitate to try Su-25 or one of the vertibirds...

?? What Europe map? Caucasus which is Europe / Asia border rather than Europe alone? If yes then it was clearly stated there will be no change in the region and size.

Not needed now but there are still scenarios where it could just shine like a star in its intended role. Eastern NATO flank is still not secure despite the best diplomacy efforts. But that is completely different topic.

Hog is not obsolete I don't think so Frostie, Hog is still needed in today's conflict although its deployment role adapted new conflicts style an doctrines.. Juliet

Ditto I would not buy this or any other module knowing there is not enough public data for full fidelity aircraft.

Hi, I am trying to perform some demonstration manoeuvres but I am not able to speed up enough to even do a loop (stall). This is in A-10C. I am sure I can do that, but I am still very fresh to the sim world and aviation in general, any advice would be nice.. I am sorry to be a total noob at this point but I am studying hard to get my head around all of this..
