    First thing I do with a new module is map my Hotas in flight, so I get a feeling how the module feels like, sometimes the flight does not last long, if I really like it I will continue flying it,if not I may never touch it again Marc..

  15. You know what! I was actually thinking about that, I was going to put a back Ply cover but I think I wont, I will just tidy some of the wiring on each side of the monitor Marc..
  16. I used a Playseat Challenge for a couple years and loved it Also a modded computer chair Marc..
  17. I chose that model because the buttons are square and flat. Did a rough cut bellow the 4 5 6 + and used the beltsander to make the two part match perfectly Yes , used those keypad just for the square buttons, like you said, making a square button without a cnc is a pain Glued the half and piece together with And the seams with crazy glue, works like a charm and sands easy Marc..

Starting with the front panel Electric tools used Made out of 1/4" plywood, I don't have a clue if the measurement are right, i"m pretty sure they are not, lots of pics online but no measurement, it's built around a 22" monitor Fitting the monitor Primed Started to work on the UFC panel, used two key pad ,cut them in half to have all the needed push button, glued them together and added plexiglass on each side I find that if you could have one original part of the front panel it would make it a lot easier to figure things out even if it's only a gauge, I checked ebay but there was nothing Don't know why some images are not showing right, sorry Marc..

  24. Started to build a Harrier front panel and I'm at the stage of figuring out the sizing of the Up-Front panel, specially the dept of it. Any Ideas? Just need a approx measurement, I looked at hundreds images and I'm thinking maybe 5" Marc..
