  1. Wow, I'm really surprised to hear that DCS is not well known in Germany, ED needs to work harder on introducing itself to the folks out there.
  2. It sometimes gets boring... staring at B777 or A330 instruments for 12 hours flying Amsterdam to LAX (half of flight time is over ocean, no scenery no nothing) , I don't really know how and why, but I like it:pilotfly:. And of course the manuals and documents are way thicker than the ones we have here. Any way, this is a DCS discussion topic ;)
  3. Well, where come from DCS is pretty unknown compared to P3D and FSX, not more than 30 people I'm in touch and they play DCS online or flying constantly. But after all we're trying to introduce DCS to those who are active in civilian sim community, we had some good process on that recently and I can see a bright future for DCS in our sim community after all.
  4. Hi every one. One of my squad members decided to switch to standalone version of DCS, not to mention that he used to be on the steam version. And my curious to know if it's possible to change the steam installed DCS into standalone without downloading another 14Gb? Thank you every one
  5. France, building most beautiful cars and planes from early days, oh man I really love how mirage looks....
  6. I reported that bug almost the first day of release, as cobra answered, they have it on their fix plan and they are going to make sure that it works well.
  7. NOW we can have some real anti-ship missions, instead of sending some su-25t s to shoot kh-58 and kh-25mpu to take down Moskva :joystick:
  8. thank you so much, as always, the best. wish you best luck with Viggen and future Tomcat.
  9. Hi well first of all, to be honest your job on this plane is awesome and it became one of favorites in first hours. But the problem is, although it might seem some sort of unusual or even some sort of stupid, as I can't always carry my joystick every where taking my laptops, sometimes I'm forced to fly this beast with keyboard, so the keyboard control test was one the tests I had done, but the problem is, I couldn't move the stick even 1cm backwards with keyboard and after all controls reaction to key commands was weird , and to be honest, comparing to stick reaction to keyboard commands in m2000c and mig21 it was really annoying and it makes the plane almost uncontrollable. that might seem unrealistic but you can't always have your stick on your side, and on the other hand in our flight sim community in our country there is a huge number of simmers who don't have even the simplest stick ( and no that's not the problem with the money in most of the cases, as long as a Viggen module almost costs as the same as a Logitech 3d pro here) thank you I.S.G | DUKE

  11. Hi and thanks for your nice contest. I'm going to take place in this contest bud I'm curious to know if cropping the photo counts as photoshopping which is prohibited?
  12. yup..it's actually 5 episodes and I could only find the Persian ones
  13. I was wondering how would it be to fly the tomcats in online servers in dcs after release of tomcat by LNS and I found these documentaries about IRIAF tomcats fights during Iran-Iraq war. The nice thing about these documentaries is that theReal Pilots who actually fought during the Iran-Iraq are going to be take place as storytellers in these documentaries. And to be honest compared to the US navy tomcats IRIAF tomcats has more interesting stories to be told..especially when we're taking about fighting in a unbalanced war against a way more powerful enemy. Unfortunatly I could only find 3 episodes of it translated to English. And by the way, thank you so much LNS for making tomcat for dcs, this bird is a legend to us (Iranians)
