has nothing to do with Windows 10 - with DCS 2.5.4.28090 Open Beta the flickering was gone - with DCS 2.5.4.28461 Open Beta and the release of the Tomcat it came back maybe this can help developers: running DCS on a Windows 7 computer with a Nvidia GPU and driver 419.17

if you use autostart "Left Win+ Home" then dont touch trim or flaps after the auto start sequence has finished take off, retract gear and set Flaps to Auto and the plane will be perfect trimmed if you dont use autostart make sure you trim as follow: -set FCS on DDI -set Flaps to Auto -press FCS Reset -press T/O Trim Button -set Flaps back to Half take off, retract gear and set Flaps to Auto and the plane will be perfect trimmed

yes, because since DCS: Black Shark 1 the graphic engine of DCS World got heavy changes and 2.5 introduced also a new shader method also the GPU's did have several changes since the times of good old DCS: Black Shark 1 :smilewink: so the facts do tell me these claims can't work ... the AA flag "0x00000000" of this old profile is incompatible with the new 2.5 engine you may read a little here: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/nvidia-anti-aliasing-guide-updated.357956/ it's up to NVIDIA and Eagle Dynamics to change this situation

maquez replied to imacken's topic in General Tutorials
read this: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3513927&postcount=5 my advice leave the NVIDIA controll panell settings for DCS World 2.5.+ on default -
Nvidia DCS profile is heavy aged and way outdated (old DCS: Black Shark 1), it would need cooperation between Eagle Dynamics and Nvidia to create a new up to date DCS World profile. 99% of the so called Nvidia anti aliasing IT WORKS !!! claims are placebo

Supersampling (SSAA) is a powerful, but very demanding antialiasing method https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supersampling SSAA is the more performance demanding mode of antialiasing than MSAA I hope in future patches they do not erase the MSAA method fully, not everyone has the money to buy a NASA like computer ...

with Tobii Eyetracker 4C the performance is also terrible and all other than smooth, it's a general problem with any tracking device (TrackIR/VR). -

how about to start treat steam users as customers?
maquez replied to maquez's topic in Steam Support
for months last year the steam users got treated like a pandemic disease regarding updates, modul releases. it's time to change that don't you think, if not why they ever released it on steam? -
dear Eagle Dynamics, how about to start treat us steam users equal like the customers of your own Shop? For how long we need to wait any longer until we are able to finally play multiplayer? Do you ever test your updates before pushing it public to steam? This is a major gamebreaking bug when ~310 players of YOUR customers are not able to enjoy fully the game and should be already FIXED with small hotfix!!! On steam you can push very easy out hotfixes all other publishers on steam do this, but way faster. I spent quite a lot money on you dear Eagle Dynamics: Nevada Map, Steam and Eagle Dynamics release M2000C, Steam and Eagle Dynamics release F-5E, Steam and Eagle Dynamics release AJS37, Steam and Eagle Dynamics release If you really do treat your customers like that, I will in future think twice spending again as much money on you. kind regards a dissapointed customer
