@dburne: We are producing enough goods now to be fully stocked up and keep our dealers the same way. As we have just started producing this model, it will take a while before all pre-orders are taken care of, probably some time in mid/late January. Chinese New Year however also has to be mentioned in this context.

The best would be to ask this at VKB Forum. Here, with all due respect, is the MCG dedicated thread. At VKB Forum please first use search to see whether these topics have been clarified before.

There will be some information specifically about MCG. Springs, etc.: there are video tutorials easily searchable. Plus a multitude of topics on different forums. Yes we know we should make "Springs and Cams Replacement for Dummies" manual, and a similar manual regarding the software. It will come. Some day. Not tomorrow though.

That was not to say you're wrong about the need for clear navigation. (but you were about the site being completely russian) The first page MUST be bilingual. Will be done when time permits. But there is the list of priorities...

A very detailed answer was given to you in the thread you started. I have nothing to add to it.

This is garbage, simple and plain. 1 - Since 2005 all VKB products are fully PnP on basic level, i.e. they address directly to the USB protocol and need no drivers whatsoever. Hence, they are perfectly multi-system. You can use the same device with Windows, iOS or Linux with no driver installation. 2 - Since 2006 VKB works directly with DCS creators. Our products bearing DCS stickers are DCS official products and are natively supported throughout DCS environment. Since 2 years ago VKB provides its products to DCS for thorough testing and full integration into above mentioned DCS environment. 3 - PnP is one thing, your own game profile is another thing. You may create your unique profile for better gaming experience. This profile will be written NOT in the computer but in the device itself, and once created, can be used between many computers. In simple words, you can take your joystick to your friend's house and play there on his computer still enjoying your profile. 4 - TARGET is embedded into VKB devices. Unlike TM products, where Target is added as software, in VKB devices Target is part of their native bios prerecorded directly in the chip. 5 - VKB configurator is something you may use or may not use depending on your gaming level and how high your requirements are. It is NOT to be confused with drivers pack. It is a utility to make creating your unique settings easier.

Don't be carried away. These days are the worst in the whole year. We will try to speed things up by covering the difference between the standard and vip fare but I would warn against believing DHL would do anything to prove this is money well paid. Anyway, now it is all on track, and only depends on the mail carriers.

They indeed are, as you repeatedly put it, in the works. We do not give promises (who does?!) but we are determined to release them in quite foreseeable future.

We're fixing it now. We are establishing storehouses in all major markets starting early coming year, which will put the end to delays and out-of-stocks. The rest... we will see.

We will ship out a full sea container to our EU dealer in January. As we had previously explained on multiple occasions, EU customs regulations do not allow us to do drop shipment, like we do in other markets. We would gladly do the same in EU but - ... We can only say sorry for that, however it is not our fault.

Hold your fire Gentlemen, VKBsim promised right here on these very pages that 15 December the mass production of MCG grips will begin, and we will start serving orders. We are happy that [finally] we were able to keep this promise. The grips are already rolling out. Those ones you can see in the picture are real grips in flesh, not computer rendering. We did exactly what we promised. I don't think we promised that 15 Dec all grips will be ready, or did we? Mass production is under full steam, we're packing assembled units to hand them over to the shipping agent on Monday. Seriously, reading these messages about disappointment is something less than encouraging.
