  1. great fun, glad that you made it home
  2. Another option would be to adjust the volume level of the games 109.wav files(some are quite good) and swap them in with the higher volume value, base, treble adjustments
  3. Flanker35M Sounds like the speed, try lowering the nose a bit till you gain more speed
  4. I think that the idea back then was to save ammo, one to three cannon rounds was sufficient if close enough
  5. that looks like to me maybe all weapons being fired
  6. No I don't think there were...its such a close range weapon, just no need of them I think
  7. Got mine, thanks!...I'll try it out later on today
  8. yo-yo, show your cards :music_whistling:
  9. yes you have that wrong...they are correct
  10. it seems to me that some thing might have changed with her nose down capability, and in a positive way. I did however re-calibrate, so it could have been that, or could be that mini up-date I had today
  11. cool!...but I can't make out the + num in the first image, I'll guess 2 ?...looks like 1 70
  12. +3.5.. that would be nice
  13. 1. 109 2. 109 is lead aircraft, a radial is the chase 3. 109
  14. 1. 109 2. 109 is lead aircraft 3. 109
  15. I think what is being seen is low and slow, with lots of lift
  16. Actually she'll take off quite well with the trim set at 0 and even when set at -2 ...so I'm not sure if we really even have a problem :D
  17. good to hear that it is correct, and no need throwing away what we have learned through practice already... I don't want to have it other than how it was in RL
  18. the prop is so cool too :)
  19. I hope that they made the beach shoreline wider in the WW II map. In this map it is just too narrow and curvy to land with the hope of minimal damage. With this pilot anyway, and not having much confidence of success consistently, as I approach. nice and wide in Clod :P
  20. Nice one!...good to know about the flaps, what was your settings trim .05... 15 flap
  21. Yes thanks riboyster for the effort
  22. It boils down to being extreme concentration is needed, for the takeoff/landing...I agree that this plane is very different, and I think it is done very well, as compared to my knowledge of old reports that I have read
  23. for me as well, manual prop pitch is working fine
  24. I fly the final approach mission but I just keep flying, and looking for a nice piece of real-estate to set down on :P...next time I fly and land in a field, I'm going to call/see if the ground crew is available
  25. Try landing in a open field, its less demanding and I think more of how it was back then with those round fields
