Eagle Dynamics was funding this project from the get-go, base KS funds were to be used to fund a testing period, and not for the development of core...I'm not sure why people think ED has little money or the credit to borrow

The facts that ED partnered with the Fighter collection and the subsequent development of the P-51. Indicate to me that they intended all along, to move in the direction of WW II with/or without Ilya.

In the KS intro vid., Igor Tishin said that they would in 18 months release 20 modules, maybe the TF51 is in that short list.

I feel the same way but for those that pledged so as to receive the manuals, the manuals are very important and I hope they get them.

So are you saying that DCS would have allowed that if not already agreed to by them, I don't think that would have happened . This whole project was thought out well by DCS, and I would not be worried that it won't be fulfilled . It seems to me it will just be delayed a bit.

I think that DCS will honor all of the promises made during the KS campaign, they went into it with a plan to internally finance it after all. If any thing, they are saving money's not paying luthier a salary :P

Wow lol...just take a few minutes and think back...those statements are still out there and can be re-read or watched as well :)

Really the only thing that has changed is that luthier is out...Please remember that this project/and rewards was 100% DEC internally funded(and so remains), and that the base KS campaign was meant for the extended testing of the finished game...per the description during KS :)

Guys, the KS campaign was a contract, everything promised will be honored I'm sure

Now I wonder if my suggestion that it be released a couple of weeks ago was heard...but thanks again, it will give us a chance to learn the aircraft
